Balcony with see view
Condion of all equipment - old shower in bath makes very noicy when used it. Dish washer machine was not working. Not enough electricity to use even 3 equipmet at the same time. Not comfortable kitchen, missing very simply tools. All leave products are old and not suitable for use. Finally we are required to take our rabish with ourselef. Don’t recommend for family with childs as all equipment are very old and very i very big noice inside.

Specious and cosy apartment very close to the sea. Convinient for travelers with a car who don't want to stay in the city centre. There is a privite parking space, yet the location is great starting point for visiting the gems of Puglia. The facilities were in a good shape, heating and air conditioners available. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Apartment close to sea. 20min to train station.
Good place if you want to travell with train and have quiet nights out of centre.

The apartment is really very spacious, especially the living area with kitchen, the hall, the master bedroom and the bathroom. The interior design is modern and with nice materials. Finding which switch goes with which light or what the plugs are for was sometimes a bit 'complicated'. You also have two little terraces. Although the buildings around are not nice to see, you do have a view on the sea which is great. You can park on the premisses and receive a remote control for the gate. Palese is not an especially beautiful place as regards scenery, but it is very close to Bari and also a good starting point for trips to Trani, Barletta, Molfetta... There are also good restaurants at walking distance (2 à 5 minutes).

The apartment is huge, stylish and modern as you can see in the pictures. The rooms and living room are comfy. You can safely park your car. The airport is close but you can not hear.
Our visit was end of January. When we arrived the apartment was cold (maybe we were the first visitors in a long time). The heating in the living room is fan coil which is a little loud. If you sleep in the living room (in case of 4 visitors) it could disturb you.
