A horrible experience

Nothing

The toilet didn’t flush, shower curtain was dirty and water didn’t run out of the bath fast enough. The place was stinky, dirty and very scary. It was a horrible experience.

My Wife said the room's A.C. was inoperative. THis was significant , as it was a Memphis summer.

My stay was good for the most part and I would probably stay here again.

The person who checked me in was nice and the room was clean.

Loud parking lot and guests. Room was a little pricey.

Did not enjoy this property. First stay anywhere we did not receive bang for my buck

Room location

It looked like they tried a renovation on a less than a penny budget. I've never seen a fabric covering on a tile floor. First time I've stayed anywhere yesterday's fruit was put back out. At least offer your guests fresh fruit. I asked the front desk is it like this all the time. You should visit this property to understand what we experienced

Costumers services sucked water ran all night in shower no one came to fix it after 4 hours of complaining gave up asking there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling and shower wall

We won't stay here again. They need to do better

Th location was the best part of this hotel.

Everything else. The first room we were in was beyond filthy with a broken phone. We were moved upon request to a cleaner room, but still kind of filthy. Everything was old and a lot of the room was falling apart, for example, cracks in the walls and in the bathroom. The front desk staff was less than friendly, Everything was a hassle. Getting extra towels is nearly impossible without a battle from them. Hotel was in poor condition

the hotel was a good price for what we got! it serviced its purpose but had a few flaws. Staff was amazing though!

loved the staff and the location

our shower was dirty and dripped our blanket had some dirt between them on one of the beds the beds were not comfortable at all

Key didn't work, so I had to switch rooms, only one attendant so I had to wait for almost 30 for her to try to unlock my door. The smell in the room was terrible. The water in the sink only dripped.

Our stay was very difficult.

location

it took me 5 to 10 minutes to get in my room every time I try to enter. after I checked in….it was like the front desk staff left and we couldn’t get help. The pool was out of service 😞
