The hotel is nice but when we checked in the attendant said we would receive a free breakfast but when we went to eat the next morning they wanted to charge us
300..00 dollars and not a complimentary breakfast what a joke

Pipes busted over our room and flooded it. Then no water for a whole day in the middle of an ice storm.

it was very brief. i was very uncomfortable with the attitude of the person who checked me in. she was condescending in tone. then, while the room was sufficiently clean and decent, it was cramped and very uncomfortable, im not even sure the chairs had actual cushioning or some synthetic stuff. i was going to let it go, since just one night. but later, i heard the same attendant who was so rude to me before speaking even worse to a family who were clearly foreign. i don’t know if that was because of their nationality or what.
this is the last time i use hotels.com. - i’ve only used it 2 or 3 times - and each time juts has not been great

Everyone was very attentive to our needs. Both pool and whirlpool were working. That almost never happens in hotels. Three young persons were attending the Starbucks bistro in the morning. We had trouble accessing the pool in the morning and a gentleman carrying a clipboard made sure we got in. It is obvious this is a family-run operation.

Friendly staff, very clean, plenty of easy access parking

Upscale and safe area - very quiet. Opens to an outdoor shopping area with several restaurants and stores such as salons, Dillard’s, a bookstore, and much more. Great for a weekend getaway. You don’t even have to move your car.

YOU LOOK SUSPICIOUS IF YOU LEAVE & RETURN MORE THAN ONCE.
The hotel is fine, nothing to write home about. The rooms are a bit worn. My issue was with security (or possibly the police). I held my daughter’s birthday sleepover here. I arrived at 3:30pm with my 10 year old daughter to check in. We left to pick up my mother, the other chaperone. We came back, unloaded the car (balloons, cupcakes, decor, Karaoke Machine, etc). I left around 7:30pm to buy swimwear for two of the girls. Me and 6 girls went to the indoor pool around 9:000pm along with my husband who dropped by to help watch the girls in the pool. Around 11:00pm, I went home to get something I forgot. My home is less than a three minute drive away, so I returned quickly. As I returned, A security/police officer standing in the doorway asked why I was “roaming around”. I told him I had to run home. He replied, “so you went home and came back?”. I replied “Yep!” and proceeded confidently towards the elevator with my room key in hand.
Leaving and coming back is not “roaming around”. Idk why he’d ask that about such a public place. Idk, maybe it had something to do with how I look. 👋…This hotel is located in a strip mall with restaurants nearby that stay open late on weekends, there are several residential areas; many reasons locals may stay here and people may leave and come back… it’s a public place. I understand he was doing his job, but there are better ways to do the job.

Because we booked through a 3rd oarty rhey required us to oay a $350 deposit. For a room that costs us $171, that is ridiculous.

The pool and hot tub was not open. I was disappointed because that’s a reason the room was booked

The hotel is in a great area. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was on the second floor. We got off of the elevator to complete construction disarray. No warning whatsoever to what we would expect. I went downstairs to ask for another room and they gave us a new room on exact floor a few rooms down. There was no noise but it was very disappointing to walk over trash to get to our room. Twice! Also, the air conditioner unit under the window ran all night and we could not control it with the thermostat unit as requested. We had to put a towel over it to deter the cold air blown at us all night. The hotel is nice and I am happy that they are updating the rooms, but our stay was less than desirable for the normal rate.

Great location, clean only negative for this visit is the renovations. Torn walls in hallway and elevator renovations just not aestecically

Why offer early checkin when you still have to stand in line and check in and tell them everything you already requested. Hotel is old. You can tell.

only thing i hated was walls were paper thin can hear every word in other room and i hated the connecting doors were people play with them

Room and public areas were clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Rooms do not have hairdryers. They are available only upon request. Breakfast was offered at the "Bistro" area for purchase. We declined because price was more than we were willing to pay. Overall, it is a very nice hotel conveniently located near interstate. Retail shopping and restaurants are located on nearby premises.

Wood under the carpet, so it was like being in an apartment; squeaky. The chairs were narrow for the dining table, so anyone of a bigger size would not be able to utilize the chairs. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness and outdoor atmosphere, I would have made a fuss about the cost per night.

Front desk was so friendly and cheerful. Had a Starbucks plus a large canister of water with orange slice. Room was perfect. Bed was so comfortable.

Hotels.com sold me 2 queen room and when we got to the hotel they didn’t have 2 queen beds and only 1 king bed for 4 people. We paid $273 and we all crammed into one bed and a horrible fold out rollaway bed. Hotel was on phone with a non English speaking barely knew English lady trying to get it switched in the system to king bed so that we could check in. Took 1 hr and 20 minutes waiting in lobby at 10:30pm to get it situated. Furious

We had a mostly pleasant experience but it looked like a high volume of guests blew through common areas leaving trash in their wake, exhausting the staff. Great night’s sleep despite hallway noise from children running in late hours, appreciated the bathroom layout and sheet setup for the pullout bed so we didn’t have to ask.

Nice clean room with very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Not much of a breakfast eater so not too disappointed that there would be charges for breakfast after spending 170 for one night but a bit discouraged that there is no coffee at all until 7 and i have to buy it. im an early riser and tried to buy a cold coffee at 630 and was met with resistance so i had to drive to the closest gas station just to get a cup of coffee. was also charged 12 dollars for a 20 oz drink , a kit kat and some peanut m and ms. im not cheap but i dont like to feel like im being taken advantage of monetarily. i would have been better off staying at a super 8 where the room isnt as nice but at least i could have coffee and breakfast if i wanted.

No internet service all night. No connection on any of my three device (laptop, tablet, cell phone).
Breakfast available was pricey. For the price there should have been some breakfast included.

The property seems pretty nice, just don't look too closely. The fixtures in the bathroom looked rough. It looked like they had done a remodel and it wasn't done real well.

The stay was a last minutes thing due to work. There was some winter weather that caused me to have to get a room for my family for the night so I could get back home the next morning.
