Relax in cozy comfort here after enjoying dinner at the nearby Lakehouse Winery & Spa or The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake. Perfect after a rejuvenating massage! You can further explore nature with close access to bicycle rentals at the Lodge or Adventure Zone. The Strip (downtown Geneva on the Lake) is also a short half mile walk away, where more adventure awaits you. Scout out area wineries by booking one of the local tours. We can also provide recommendations of our favorites that we've discovered along the way. Crisp, clean sheets & towels are ready for every rental. Complimentary wi-fi is also provided. Enjoy a nighttime (or rainy day) movie on the Smart TV. Cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before heading out for your fun filled day. Featuring recently updated flooring, fresh paint, new AC units, new beds and linens. The bathroom is completely renovated in 2021, as well as new interior doors. Very small cottage,outdated furniture, otherwise great location. Lock on door did not work, luckily very,very nice neighbors watched our dogs for us while we we out, she contacted the owner to let her know about the lock being broken, but she made no attempt to get it fixed while we we there. We were in town for a class reunion and were very busy, thanks to our wonderful neighbor and her daughter they took wonderful care of our 2 dogs while we were out... also the hair dryer does not work and the toilet seat broke while we were there... the cottege was cool and surprisingly the beds were pretty comfy for older beds with a plastic lining... all in all I rate it a 3..

It is obvious the owner of this property does not care about it. We notified her about the bathroom sink being clogged and the toilet running. She stated she was aware of the issue. There was also only ONE roll of toilet paper. Seriously? We were there for five days. On July 4th, we were unable to open the front door with the correct key code. We tried contacting the owner SEVERAL times with no response until the morning asking if we got in. We did figure out a way to get in. It was meh clean. I really DO NOT recommend this place and will most definitely not rent from this owner again!

No heat, space heater didn’t work and full of hair. We did not stay. Drove 21/2 hours and turned around and went back home. We did get a refund

I rented this cottage for Thunder on the Strip. It is a small, cute cottage and served our purpose for the weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and with the window A/C units, kept the place cool. There were plenty of bath towels in the bathroom, but only one washcloth and one hand towel. Make sure you bring your own toilet tissue, we were expecting it to be included with the paper products. The pictures do not show it, but the toilet is a relatively small one and it sits between the shower wall and another wall with literally no room to move. In the kitchen, I was expecting to have real silverware and all the "silverware" was plastic. Also, the picture of the front porch is not exactly accurate. There are only two metal chairs and a cheap plastic one. All the chairs had to be cleaned in order to sit on them and the metal ones had most of the paint chipped off. On the plus side, I had a couple questions for the host and she responded very quickly with the answers.

The cottage was nice for two adults. There is an extra bedroom that would work great with kids. Location is perfect. You can walk to everything. We rode our bikes every morning on the trail through the state park. My only suggestion to improve might be to clean up the yard. The garbage was overflowing when we got there. The one can was without a lid so I moved that garbage into the one with the lid to get some of flies and smell away. I’m not sure where it could be moved to or maybe an area that is enclosed for it would be nicer.

This is my 6th year at this cabin. Love the location and the yard to sit around the fire pit at night. Property managers are great. Will be back again next year

We loved how close this was to the strip. We had a private yard space with a fire pit. Relaxing! Parking was tricky as the place is around a bend but no big deal. Overall a great stay! We would go back!

The cabin had everything we could need for the weekend, was very convenient as we could walk to many restaurants but was far enough from the bars that we couldn't hear the music all night long. The beds were very comfortable. While it is small (especially the bathroom), it was very clean and was perfect for our girls' weekend! The host was also very nice and allowed us to check in early :) I would definitely stay here again if we come back to GOTL!

We found the cottage to be well stocked as advertised. The Cottage inside was very disappointing as far as cleanliness was concerned. Dirty floors, under beds and furniture very dusty and dirty. Foriegn objects were found under beds, left by previous renters, such as toys and baby bottles with spoiled milk still inside. Covered with dust and dirt. The bathroom was excellent. Nails sticking out of bedroom paneling caused a few injuries. Everything outside was very unclean. We decided to stay 2 nights instead of three. The Host was very co-operative and understanding. She informed me she would reimburse us for the 3rd unused night. Don't think we will be coming back .

The cabin was filthy. The fan they provided was caked in dirt and grime. Both of the AC filters needed cleaned. The cabinets had mildew on the insides. The floor needed mopped. The ceiling had holes in the bedrooms. The battery for the door lock died. We had to contact the managers/owners and they weren't going to come and fix the issue until the next day until I said they can unlock the door remotely when we come and go. My plans for the evening were cancelled so we can get in and out of the cabin. Upon arrival, the owner offered no apologies and the man made a rude comment about the type of batteries used. They even asked if I could purchase batteries for them. They were mad when they left. The firepit AND grill also needed cleaned out. IF you want a clean, well maintained property; I would choose elsewhere.

Perfect for traveling with dogs. Plenty of outside area for them. Cabin was clean and owners have done well trying to accommodate guests. Easiest check in I have experienced.
