Service was prima van personeel

Het is heel oud en niet meer van deze tijd. Geen smart tv / slechte wifi / Fitness en spa waren niet open en niet gemeld bij het reserveren restaurant eten was niet vers of gezond. 1 restaurant was dicht en ontbijt was heel beperkt.

Alles in einem war es OK.

Das Bett war sehr Komfortabel. Die Dusche hat sehr gut Funktioniert. Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß. Mit einem Taxi kam man überall hin.

Die Möbel im gesamten Hotel und in den Zimmern waren alle sehr verbraucht, alt und auch teilweise Kaputt. Der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer war sehr klein und YouTube hat drin sehr schlecht funktioniert.

Run down, horrible breakfast buffet and complacent staff.

The breakfast was horrendous. No hand sanitizer and far too few tongs and serving spoons. A lot of the trays were empty, at 8.30 am. Generally really really disappointing, when you pay for a breakfast buffet.

Hotel nella norma. Stanza pulita e confortevole. Colazione da migliorare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok.

Il ristorante sarebbe da chiedere. Abbiamo mangiato malissimo e siamo stati serviti da ragazzini allo sbaraglio….. Per carità, non bevete vino, sono matti con i prezzi (completamente ingiustificati e fuori da ogni paragone con gli altri hotel….). Meglio mangiare fuori negli intorni.

Nic w tym hotelu. Słaby jak na 5 gwiazdek. Jedynie zmiana apartamentu na nowszy odbyła się bez problemu. Śniadania w normie.

Niezgodność z opisem. Brak dostępności do basenu i spa a basen z wodą podgrzewaną był dla nas bardzo ważny stąd tylko był wybór tego hotelu bo jego lokalizacja kiepska. Okna nieszczelne i duży hałas z zewnątrz bo położony blisko skupiska dróg z bardzo dużym ruchem samochodowym. Pierwszy apartament bardzo zniszczony dosłownie stary.

اقامتي كانت بالنوم متعبة جداً والسبب السراير..

أولاً : جميع العاملين بالفندق يستحقون الشكر والتقدير ثانياً : الفندق الاثاث قديم والسراير غير مريحة والمخدات كذلك فعلاً غير مريحة وهناك مشاكل في دورات المياه الفندق قديم ولا أنصح فيه لان هناك الكثير من المشاكل في الغرف من جميع النواحي سواء الراحة أو مراقف الغرفة من أعزكم الله الحمامات والأثاث جداً قديم ومتسخ وماهي فائدة تعامل الموظفين وغرف الفندق سيئه فعلاً وبالذات العوائل لا أنصح السكن فيه وتقيمي للفندق 10/2 .. أما بالنسبة للأفطار فهو جيد ولا بأس فيه …

كل شيئ بالغرفة لم يعجبني السراير والمخدات غير مريحة وكذلك دورة المياه فيها الكثير من المشاكل والبلكونه يدخل الماء منها وغير ذلك .. فعلاً فندق يحتاج الى تغير الاثاث وصيانة مرافق الغرف

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einem überdurchschnittlichen Hotel

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Nova Plata Prime liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Mall. Einmal täglich wird ein Transfer von/zum Taksim Platz angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Oguz und Frau Arzu, die uns hervorragend betreut und unterstützt haben. Lobenswert auch das Hotelrestaurant.

Beim Frühstück sollte man statt einem Automaten besser Flaschen oder Karaffen mit Wasser bzw. Saft anbieten.

Amazing Hotel - Great Customer Service

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Had issue with Wifi not working and they sent a technician straight away to resolve it. They also gave me extra time for check out as my flight was at night. The rooms were very clean. Had no issue calling taxis as the reception would call taxis for you. The hotel manager Arzu Deniz was super nice and helpful too, she would call everyday to see if i had any issues and i needed anything. Overall great experience

The hotel was clean and modern.

The location was bad, no way near anywhere which was advertised. The staff were very much in your face and demanding for services when told no. Along with this, no breakfast in the morning when we went down, even though we paid for this.
