Location and friendliness of staff. NOT a standardised chain hotel.
Always a lot of traffic so takes time to get there.

Excellent and beautiful location
Must have a Bosphorus facing room with the view as it's the jewel in its location.

Location and the view!
AC wasn’t working properly. The room was warm to sleep comfortably. We had to open the window which made the room noisy. Even after asking for maintenance, the AC did not work well.

The service and staff were absolutely spot on throughout our stay. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and professional. The location is fantastic, with beautiful Bosphorus views and everything close by. A really enjoyable experience overall.
Very little to fault. Due to the central location, the surrounding area can be lively at times, but this is to be expected in such a great part of Istanbul. Overall, it didn’t take away from our experience.
