Tzl فندق مثالي من اجمل وارقى فنادق اسطنبول

التعامل والنظافة والموقع والقيمة كل شيء كان جميل اخص بالذكر اختي دورلي الحريصة على عملها في التنظيف وتقوم به على اكمل وجه وكذلك موظفة الاستقبال الاستاذه فاتن حيث كانت متعاونه ومتجاوبه والعاملين في المطعم وعامل النظافة حسين والاخت جنان وجميع موظفي الاستقبال .

Personalul este foarte ospitalier si gata sa te ajute in orice moment. Curatenia se face zilnic. Apartamentul are toate facilitatile necesare.

Desi in descrierea camerei era mentionata o canapea extensibila, nu a fost asa. Pentru un sejur mai indelungat, te poti satura de micul dejun oferit de hotel, care este aproape acelasi in fiecare zi. Dar la cerere, iti pot oferi si alte variante.

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans votre établissement

Bien localise, La propriété, la disponibilité du personnel plus précisément Fatine qui parlait français et la femme de ménage Durli qui ont été super gentilles.

Le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas à mon goût.

Great hotel, great staff big clean rooms.

Rooms are big and clean everything is good the internet is ok around 30Mbps they use Ubiquiti so the wifi is good there is wired connection that works perfectly. We were on the top floor which can be a bit noisy since cars don't stop moving in this city :) But you can close the window and use the AC not a problem. You have oven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, stoves you have few pans you can cook if you want. Great for longer stays.

The bed mattress and pillows need an upgrade. Should be a bit more comfy it was very springy and the pillows are normal pillows I think in this day and age every hotel should have a memory foam ones. Other than that all was perfect.

Wonderful modern hotel in the best part of Istanbul

Very nice hotel in the lovely neighborhood of Nisantasi; great shopping, restaurants and (some of the best Istanbul) cafes just around the corner . Clean, modern and spacious rooms, super friendly staff from front desk to restaurant staff and cleaners, good breakfast (lunch and dinner options are available too - we have not tried them), very comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back!

Wi-Fi connection was patchy initially, but this got fixed.

It was an excellent stay in TzL Suites Hotel - luxury suits equipped with everything needed, young and very helpful staff, nice restaurant in the hotel and very rich breakfast buffet. Very good private garage in the building. The hotel is situated in area full of shops and restaurants. We were traveling with a car and the only problem was that it was difficult to reach the hotel through all these narrow streets. But if you visit Istanbul for shopping or for taking medical services, TzL Suites Hotel is your place.

Great stay in beautiful hotel

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, restaurant staff was great and the hotel is beautiful. Smart tv in every room and decent internet speed. Special mention to Maria at reception who, over my long stay (ended up staying 3 weeks), was extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way she could. She is a gem.

The housekeeping crew could have cleaned the bathrooms a bit better, but it was not that bad.

The room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that we booked is a fantastic option for families who travel with kids. Very clean and stylish. Nice location with shopping area and restaurants at a walking distance. 40 min transfer time to IST airport.

I would suggest to work a bit more on a menu for breakfast.

Rooms are super clean, the staff is always smiling and helpful in everycase. Especial thanks to Mr. Osman, he was very kind. It was like our home, we would definitely go there again this summer.

Classy Suites

The rooms are very confortable and spacious even we had small obstacles, the team was professional and they solved immediately(Mr Ouz was really caring). Breakfast had variety. For the future I recommend to everybody who wants to be in the middle of fancy streets of Nishantasi.
