Reasonably priced for Copenhagen. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to the train station and Tivoli Gardens.A good budget hotel.
Rooms were a little on the small side, however the price was cheaper too.

The location is very good, easy access to transportation, many shops next to hotel.
Breakfast was good.

Very central location making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast included was definitely value for money and included a wide variety of decent quality hot and cold food. Room was as expected.
No complaints about our stay.

Breakfast was excellent . Rooms nice . Bathroom excellent . Lights could be a bit brighter on rooms.
Lights could be brighter & a couple of poor pillows we only had one each .

I have been in this hotel for the third times and I was always very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich, you can choose from salty and sweet dishes, also fruit is available. And I always try a ginger shot to strenghten my immunity :-). The rooms are small but comfortable, rather for 1 person, but for a short stay with one more person it is also ok. The location is the best - near from the Central Station (metro and train), near to the City Centre so you do not need to buy any public transport ticket to reach all the famous sightseeings. I highly recommend this hotel.
I would appreciate the box of paper handkerchiefs in the bathroom back :-).

Location is very good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
When you walk in you think, this is ok, But when we got the lift to the first floor on exiting everything looked really tired and dated and was borderline scruffy. Room was ok but we had a shower in the morning standing in the bath and the whole bathroom floor flooded to a good couple of inches high it was ridiculous. We went to reception and they sent someone to repair it but we did expect on checking out maybe an apology and maybe some form of refund. I think this hotel apart from the downstairs reception area is not really a 4 star more 3 star.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and excellent coffee. Great location for accessing main sights
Room was a little cramped with no bedside tables and poor lighting

Nice hotel in a well-maintained historical building, very close to the central station. Despite its central location, surprisingly quiet, at night. Staff is friendly, breakfast plentiful and tasty.
The hotel is generally fine, but 170 Euro for a small room seems overpriced, even for Danish standards.

Breakfast was great and staff very friendly
Rooms very small and wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. There was also part of the ledge near the bathroom that was coming off. However as soon as we informed staff they came upstairs and fixed it and cleaned the bathroom. We also asked to be moved to a larger room, which was possible the next day with a fee. The larger room was better but still very small.

Great location close to Tivoli and Central station, Metro etc. Breakfast was very good and staff were helpful and friendly.
First night was in a noisy room but staff moved rooms for me.

The room was tiny but clean — although daily cleaning is not provided unless requested the night before. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the central station. Fairly expensive for the quality of the room, but probably in line with the Copenhagen market. Very good breakfast!
The room was small, especially given the price paid for it. The breakfast was very good, but opening hours were very limited (until 9:30 on weekdays).

Great location, Copenhagen Central Station is 5 minutes away, and takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Breakfast was good and the room a decent size. HUGE bathtub which after running the Copenhagen Half Marathon was very welcome!
Room 403 is nice and quiet too, we had neighbours but couldn’t hear them, so sleep was great.
Pillows are tiny, more like cushions.
Not a issue but, if you’re wanting your room cleans you have to give 24hrs notice, so I’d advise asking the day you check in, and then every other day, we didn’t and wished we had as the room gets quite dusty if you have the windows open. Copenhagen is a clean city but like all, dust creeps up!

Great spot. Good breakfast.
Noisy rooms, a lot of furniture moving every night upstairs from us.

The hotel was very well situated for exploring Copenhagen, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, a small selection of cereals, meats, bread, eggs, cheese and pastries but plenty to keep you full in an expensive city! The room was small but well equipped and perfect location as a base to explore what Copenhagen has to offer. We had a problem in our bathroom when we checked in but staff were conscientious and did their best to rectify this for us. Check in and out we’re straightforward and pleasant
The drain in our bathroom was a little smelly

The hotel decor is very tired and worn in places. My room had lots of signs of wear and tear.
