Perfekt für einen stop-over.

Direkte Anbindung an Flughafen und die Jewel Mall. Perfekt für einen Stop-over.

Die Liegen am Pool sind leider gar nicht bequem. Das ist aber auch wirklich das einzig negative am Hotel.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt vor Beginn unserer Kreuzfahrt ein gelungener Einstieg.

In einem Flughafen und trotzdem am und im Pool als wäre man nicht an diesem Ort. Das Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool war perfekt. In der Lounge einen sehr guten Service erlebt und den Singapur Sling als Einstieg genossen. Frühstück umfänglich und für jeden etwas dabei.

Transit Oasis

Such a great spot to refresh in transit when travelling from Aus to Europe. Great pool and gym, lovely clean room, comfy bed, friendly helpful staff. Can't fault this place!

Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing stops between flights.

Well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were very professional, well presented and polite.

Un piacevole inizio vacanza

Hotel molto comodo all’interno del terminal 3 dell’aereoporto e facilmente raggiungibile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande, spaziosa, pulita, wi-fi funzionante, colazione abbondante e varia. Super consigliato!!!

Very convenient, clean, modern and comfortable hotel.

Hotel is directly connected to the terminal (3) and the Jewel is less than 10 minutes walk via the connected travelators and walkways, all covered by AC. Room was modern and spacious. Did not try the hotel amenties as The Jewel was so close.

Excelente hotel de aeropuerto.

La distribución de la habitación y el baño eran geniales. La piscina era maravillosa, con una vista panorámica al aeropuerto. Para acceder al hotel desde el aeropuerto esta bien definidas por las señalética. En fin, todo esta diseñado para todo sea una buena experiencia.

Agradável

Gostei do facto de ser dentro do aeroporto, não foi necessário sair, também nos deixaram o pequeno-almoço preparado visto o nosso voo ser antes d aabertura do restaurante.

De cobrarem um depósito para despesas quando apenas iamos lá ficar 6 horas.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Anschluss an den Flughafen und MRT

Das Hotel ist sehr gross und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig, nur der Fernseher hätte etwas grösser ausfallen dürfen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, es fehlt nur an Liegefläche

Very convenient location but a little on the pricey side.

For our situation the hotel was perfect. The room was as advertised. The staff was exceptional. They exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. The price was a little high but given that Taylor Swift was in town I guess that it was supply and demand.

A room with a better view as described when I was doing my research.

Not a " Home away from Home" despite the very positive responses when asked for support.

Location and the can do attitude of the staff once you were in their establishment. The staff responded quickly and were very good at identifying what we wanted.

When asking questions via booking.com when making the booking the resultant response was very poor as if a low quality AI based system was responding to our queries which they interpreted incorrectly and the response time in some instances was up to 3 days . When the responses arrived they were not in plan english but obviously used local colloquial language An example in response to a cost query was $140++ . I had no idea what this meant and till today can only guess what it meant. Whilst there were many positives of our stay the room we were assigned to was tired, needed some maintenance and extra attention to mould on tiling interfaces which is always a problem from our experience living in high humidity conditions such as Singapore. In room advice on how to find things around Crowne plaza were poor. Overall, Crowne does not fit into a Home Away from Home despite the many good adjacent facilities that we found and it is a pity because the staff are fantastic. The answer to the question " would I return or use another IHG facility, is that I doubt it unless the above issues are addresed.

This hotel is way overpriced. I felt cheated for not being given the room I paid for. Won’t stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient for overnight layovers. It’s right outside the door after clearing immigration in Changi T3.

I booked the Jewel room based on the photo on Booking.com but was given an “upgrade” at check-in to a dated room in the lower floors by the pool. The hallways are dark especially at night.

- Professional and friendly front desk. - Spacious of the room and room is well maintenance. - Just a stone's throw from Terminal 3, where we caught our flight the next early morning.

Staff were great. Room could use some updating.

Conveniently next to the airport which is absolutely fantastic when i’m transiting for a short while only.

Room is a little old and could use with some updating/repair. Placement of bodywash/shampoo are undesirable. I understand that the hotel was probably trying to stop their guest from taking the huge bottles of products but bolting it to the wall certainly make it less desirable and borderline tacky. I’ve stayed in crown for most of my travel to sg and it certainly used to be way desirable and comfortable.

Once the renovations are sorted it should be fine.

The room was really nice, but looked out to a carpark, so I had to keep the blind down.

I had to walk all over the place to find the hotel, then had to go back again after registering , and walk through the dining room just to find my room. Then I had someone knocking on my door telling me they had that room as well, and then reception rang a few times to sort it out - all during an 10 hour stopover!

Nähe zum Flughafen, Frühstücksbüffet, ruhig.

Zimmer war sehr feucht und roch muffig (10. Stock im Jewel Wing), man hatte das Gefühl, die Bettwäsche war leicht feucht.

Great stay, so convenient for the airport, average restaurant.

Very modern rooms. Great swimming pool.

The food in the restaurant was expensive for the quality. The menu needs an overhaul. Happy to pay higher prices if the food is fantastic but it’s far from it. I’d happily recommend the hotel for anyone to stay but couldn’t and won’t be recommending to eat dinner there.

Great!

We were on our way from one side of the world to the other and decided to stay the night to break up the journey. Couldn't have asked for a better location for a 1 night stay (or more). We didn't have to leave the terminal to get to check, swift check in once we were there,nice room, staff were lovely, great breakfast, lovely pool and the Jewel is a short walk away. They also offer an option of a late checkout, which was amazing for us with a toddler and a late flight.

Very small thing, but the bathroom door was sliding and didn't lock. Only a problem when the toddler was about.
