We travelled as a family of 3 adults and 2 kids, so the three bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with kitchen and lounge was fabulous. Washing machine was also very handy!
Location is about 300m from Orchard Road, so nice and close to transport, attractions, shopping and food.
Some of the staff were less than helpful. Arrived home late one night, too late to get milk at the nearest supermarket - asked reception staff if we could purchase another carton from them… they said no, and that we would have to order milk from room service at the next door Shangri-La hotel instead. Very strange response.

The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was very handy, and it was a perfect sanctuary to return to after long days sightseeing in the heat.
My only one disappointment was that the second shower had a problem with temperature regulation. The master bedroom one that is. It was burning hot water no matter what we did. This didn’t affect our stay overall, we just used the other shower and that was fine.

It was in an accessible location, with shuttle service near to an mrt.
There was access to the main hotel pool however this was not available on the weekends.
Very dated. The entire apartment needs a renovation. Bath tubs looked very dirty and there were no dishes. Room being serviced is every other day. The towels are incredibly small.
