THE best hotel in Marmaris (but not for everyone)

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with 35 visits to Marmaris for me this is the best BUT it doesn’t suit everyone. Great location, it’s lovely inside and out, rooms are very good and the food is the best AI I’ve found, for me this is the best hotel but it’s not for everyone If you have children go elsewhere, there’s nothing for here for kids, no slides, kids club etc and they’ll get bored. Go to GRN Diamond or similar, this hotel would be better suited to being adults only. PLEASE NOTE: this is a quieter ‘more mature’ hotel, if you and your family are really loud, if you like to get hammered on the AI drinks, you’re a stag party, if like to clubbing and fun pubs, etc etc this hotel absolutely is not for you. If you start being rowdy, swearing etc you will get a warning by the hotel management and risk being removed.

We paid £60 extra for the Azure daybed on a jetty, this comes with fruit, snacks and drinks. The problem is this jetty is open and there’s a constant stream of random people coming on, wandering around, taking photos, using the other daybeds etc so there’s absolutely no security for your valuables if you’re taking a swim. The jet ski company next door came on to film a video and then an exercise class with instructor turned up, I don’t think they were even connected to the hotel. The jetty needs signs saying private area and a secured gate so you’re not having to constantly watch your bags.

lovely relaxing hotel, with nice and helpful staff in a great beach front location

the location, the lovely beach and the bar, the food was also really good and tasty and really good selection. the hotel both inside and out was spotless and felt well looked after, we felt relaxed and at ease whilst in the hotel

maybe some better evening entertainment as it was little boring

Все прекрасно: номер, бассейн с двумя ваннами джакузи, ресторан ( открытая и закрытая часть), бесплатные сауна, хамам, соляная комната, закрытый подогреваемый бассейн, прекрасная территория с пальмами, цветами, чудесные развлекательные концерты ежедневно. Отдельное спасибо персоналу ресторана и всему персоналу отеля.

Nice place.

The suite we had was great and the food was excellent. The staff were also brilliant.

No kids club, we knew it didn’t have one before we booked so not a complaint but would have made it a better experience for the kids

An excellent hotel with private beach!

The property is absolutely stunning! We loved our room ocean view, the private beach, the pool area and especially the free drinks at the beach with inclusive buffet all meals! The location is 10 min drive from the Marmaris center and it’s easy to find taxis. The staff was very good and the service was excellent too!

Beautiful setting with outstanding food!

Position, food and sea views from room. Indoor pool and spa also superb.

Too full, queuing for a drink, no authentic (Turkish) coffee station with barista.

Fabulous Hotel/Resort

Everything was exceptional.

Parking lot ia closed. The dishes are not clean. Pool/beach towels are not available half of the day.

I very much enjoyed mybb my stay staff first class all smiles

plenty of seats in dining room never had to queue & pool area always sun beds available too

it was slightly far out from the town of Marmaris but plenty of shops on the main road - did not like the cats there was one sitting at the reception desk when we arrived I think the night porter encouraged it & i had a bite out of my son’s hand then clawed at me I was a distance away registering & it but me & drew blood not a great welcome for a 5 star hotel - slow for attention to wfi & air conditioning !!!

Central Hotel but SPA is awful

Employees friendly and good central location

SPA employees are very annoying, pushy and trying to sell you desperately something. Even if you say no for a couple of times they are still trying if you cross them in the Hotel. In Addition if you go to the included SPA area there are no towels offered and you have to ask for it. We were even pushed out of Hamam because someone else had booked a massage. For a five star Hotel that’s not acceptable and they have to train or educate their Spa employees. For me the food was also not 5 stars but average!

It's not cutting edge, but then again Marmaris is a very small resort town. I think this hotel the best choice in Marmaris overall. Good beach, good food, breathtaking views. Minor things like phone not working in the room can be overlooked. Worth visiting for a few days.

an all inclusive hotel but not all are inclusive with gust unfriendly staff

Location was central and beach side

staff are not friendly at all, they switched off the electricity on us in the last hour before check out also we informed reception that we will leave by noon but by 11 am electricity was off ! also some staff are annoying for tip ! also the mention it’s all inclusive yet not every thing in the bar or the restaurant is free!

RELAXING PEACEFUL FRIENDLY - EVERYTHING YOU WANT FROM A HOLIDAY!

We stayed at another hotel which ruined our holiday so we decided to stay at the Grand Azure instead. You cannot fault this hotel at all. From the very moment you arrive you are greeted with such a lovely warm welcome happy friendly smiling faces. The staff are incredible at this hotel. But it didn’t end there. Our rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, tidy and peaceful. our kids absolutely loved the indoor heated pool and the all-inclusive option is absolutely brilliant. There is a Private beach with the hotel and it is only a 15 minute walk to the shops in market, so the hotel is located in a prime location, not forgetting to mention the wonderful scenery and views surrounding it. The food is incredible. The staff and waiters are so attentive. Our children were a little fussy at times however, the chefs were more than happy to cater to them . A special mention to “Cumhur” the chef / food staff who made my kids garlic bread which wasn’t on the menu and brought it to our table with a smile always ! Thank you Cumhur you are an asset to the team! The Tui rep Cami is really lovely and goes above and beyond for Tui customers. Thank you Cami.

the weather was raining but it’s fantastic.

the view of room was fantastic, staffs in restaurant and bar are friendly, good food , l like 24h caffee shop ☕️ that’s fantastic 👌🏼for shopping 🛍️ you can go near shops about 30 minutes by walking or 15 minutes by taxi 🚕 or minibus . minibuses are available from hotel it’s really easy and useful.

orange juice or apple juice and other are not natural , I like to serve food by myself not by chef

Lovely grounds, chic interiors, enormous suite,delicious food and cocktails

Very dark room - no sun on balcony and looked over another hotel.Outside noise a real problem - French doors were ill fitting.

Very good

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Not only they were very kind to us but also to each other. This shows that it's a well managed facility.

Although were were told that we can have a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, it was fully booked for 6 days in a row. We stayed 6 days, therefore we couldn't reserve a table. It was our honeymoon and this was disappointing for us. It shouldn't be difficult to schedule the guest with longer staying period to the later days and leave space for other guests.
