Very poor

Nothing .

Rude and unfriendly reception staff. We were family and have waited for a very long time to make the rooms ready. The rooms are extremely dirty , unhygienic, no hot water in the wash room. Air conditioner is not working .The building elevators were unsafe since any touch for the door by mistake will cause a suddens stop.
