Sweet little hotel in Nice

It was so cute inside, good breakfast and convenient to walk everywhere, the outdoor patio is wonderful too! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Triple room was definitely a bit on the small side for 3 adults (family of 3 with the sofa bed open), otherwise perfect..

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ok - leider aber nicht mehr......

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, aber nicht sehr zuverlässig im Auträge erfüllen...(z.B. Taxi bestellen) Gute Lage Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher im Zimmer

Das ganze Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sieht auf dem Netz besser aus, als in der Realität) Leider alle Zimmer nur mit Teppich (ausser die Appartement Zimmer) Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen - Nachschub spärlich und nur auf Verlangen - es fehlt an Organisation - Preis/Leistung stimmte für uns nicht Generell gesagt: die Bewertungen in Booking.com sind zu hoch....

Punti di forza della struttura sono la posizione, la cordialità dello staff e la colazione.

Pulizia non accurata e stanza un po’ piccola per quattro persone.

Hôtel très agréable et bon rapport qualité/prix hors saison

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le tableau de courtoisie (bouilloire et machine à café) Les petites attentions posées sur le lits (macarons et pastille à la menthe) La décoration

Ce sont des points d’amélioration et non des vrais problèmes : le système de pompe à chaleur devrait être changé car celui actuellement est un peu bruyant

We had a very comfortable stay .

Location was great ! Close to sites transportation etc In house breakfast was great! Staff excellent all of them!!Staff very helpful with questions of the area helpful in arranging tours etc. Small hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere .

Muy lindo hotel y muy bien ubicado.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, detrás del hotel negresco.

La ducha se inundaba si pasabas de 5 min de baño y no hay otro desagüe en el baño, de manera que se inundaba y tenias que bañarte más rápido.

Pleasant stay!

Cute little open air seating area at the top. Very nice for coffee in the morning, nice quaint lobby as well ! Staff was very welcoming and kind!

Room was very tight for 4, location to unload luggage was a bit difficult, as it is on a narrow street. If cars are parked along the side, it makes it difficult to find the right spot to stop and unload. Cars were honking at us. The room for four was very tight , really no space to open up luggage and make it accessible, bathroom was a bit small but comfortable and clean, the shower did leak a lot of water out from under the shower door, had to place two large towels on the floor in order to absorb all of the water by the time all four of us were done showering !

Good hotel near the beach and close to the dining area.

The staff was above and beyond, trying to help with everything. The breakfast was good, with fresh bread and croissants, sausages and eggs. Fresh coffee and orange juice pressed. The original room was small for our family and we were upgraded to a bigger room, which made our stay more comfortable. Hotel provides a beach mattress and umbrella free of charge, or access to a private beach club at a discounted rate.

There are not enough hangers, hooks or shelf storage space in the room. Taking into account the hotel is near the beach, rooms need to be equipped with simple wire to dry swimwear. The hotel promised to fix this.

Staff - polite, respectful and helpful. Room - quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel - location as it's a short walk to the metro to travel to the airport. Including the beach and the old town where the resturants are...The hotel provide water daily which was nice and the outside area on the roof top is nice and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We did not like our first room due to some conditions. However once we informed the management, they immediately upgrade and change our room. Thanks a lot for your immediate reaction and interest. The superior rooms are far better. The location and employees are best.

Great location and staff!

Very good location, breakfast was good. Room was small but very well laid out. Ned was very comfortable.

No hair conditioner! And there was a lip into the bathroom that I kept stubbing my toe one.

Perfect Weekend Trip

Great location within easy walking distance of the beach, town and old town, also a 10 minute walk to the train where we were able to catch the train to Monaco. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, windows were good at keeping the noise out from the street below.

Great for exploring Nice

Ideal location for exploring Nice, situated just 100 m from promenade Des anglais. Hotel typical standard for a three star hotel. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Amazing experience!

I cannot begin to descibe how homely and comfortable my stay was at this hotel! As a frequent traveller, I dont think I have seen such friendly staff! Iryna and Souhel have truly outdone themselves when it comes to hospitality! The hotel even gives you portable wifi, which was amazing! The location was great! Everything was mostly accessible by walking! The beach was right around the corner. Amazing! Will definitely visit again!
