We absolutely loved it, close to one of the main train stations, places to eat and a short 20 mins walk to the promenade. For a family with a baby it was such a easy breezy holiday!
Would have loved a kettle but apart from that, it was a perfect stay!

Amazing value for money!
We loved all about the hotel: the location -amazing-, close to the Nice Train station, the beach and rue Jean Medecin -nice street for walking and shopping with good restaurants and coffee shops.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and they were also helpful whenever needed. The hotel and the room was clean always. The water pressure in the shower was very good. Bathroom space was ok. The bed and the pillow were comfortable for a good night sleep.
There are a few stairs that lead to the elevator. The elevator/lift is ok in terms of space and speed (3 people with 2 big pieces of luggage and 2 carry ons). Around 10.30-11.00am, the one available elevater gets so busy -checkout time-.
It’s close to the Beau Rivage beach (public + private club), 15 min walk from Place Massena. One of Nice nicest spots for swimming. Remember that the beach in Nice is a pebbles beach, your sea shoes will help a lot.
We didn’t try the breakfast so we cannot judge.
A tea/coffee station in the room would have been highly appreciated.

The location is very comfortable and the staff was nice.
The single room was extremely small. I could barely sit on the toilet in the bathroom.
