The place is run down old fashioned. The rooms are renovated though. No grandeur, you have to carry your own luggage to the room, no golf cart available! Sweeping the floors would be a good idea, the pool was dirty, cleaning the tiles is necessary. The staff, waiters and housekeeping do not understand any service or English or French. Very poor breakfast, out of everything. As a guest and asked in advance if we could eat in the restaurant, no reply and fully booked when we arrived. We will never visit again! Old stuffy people although the greens look nicely prepared.

Only one towel in the shower, so is you want to wash your hair you will miss out on a second towel. No toiletries available

Beautiful location, spacious and comfortable room. Great varied breakfast on the terrace in the open air.
A bit picky but there was no hand wash or soap amongst the complimentary toiletries.

The room and the view were the best aspects. The hotel was laid out a little like up market American condos and as we are familiar with that style we felt very comfortable. We loved the large balcony surrounded by palm trees. We will go back as I think the hotel is probably nicer than many of the more expensive hotels on the Riviera. We wished we played golf and were members of the resort.
It was not so much "didn't like". The restaurant whilst it had delightful ambiance the food was fairly ordinary and the staff a little un smiley. Maybe some improvement there. The food was fine nevertheless and we ate there on our first night. The staff did accommodate us for dinner even though we did not have a reservation and there was also a wedding function.
Breakfast was in a gorgeous setting. Buffet style. Absolutely fine. An omelette station would have been nice but we were perfectly happy with the more Germanic lay out of breakfast-cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses etc and good bread.

A lot of steps but not a huge deal

Very nice location, and lovely views.
The two main issues were the internet was not working and I chose the room/apartment to host several business calls and meetings via Zoom. I informed the reception, but they replied as it was the weekend there was nothing they could do. I thought after paying €520 euros a night for the room this was shocking and demonstrated the did not think having working internet was important. If the electrics failed, or water leaked I am sure they would arrange to have that fixed. This really ruined our planned use of the stay, and in the end we used our Thai mobile for internet access at huge cost - almost €250 for 5 hours of tele-conferencing use. Room service also did not deliver to the room, and asked me to come to the restaurant to collect the food. When I protested they said they would have to charge me. How on earth they expect me to walk over 300 meters and down 6 flights of stares (there are no elevators) to collect our food is beyond me.

Views, space, facilities
Quality of the coffee at breakfast: really bad. Whilst in our room, there was an excellent Nespresso machine.

many areas were dirty, the showers had black mold.

really comfortable, with amazing view and nice proximity to mougins, which is an amazing and not overly crowded town. we had the best time
the staff was a little rusty on their English, and the breakfast was not up to par

Golfcourse in good condition!
Staff in restaurant excellent and caring for guests.
No breakfast buffet, due to off season which was not mentioned on the website!
Many small details not correct for a four star site: restaurant and bar closed at 1700 hrs.
Main gate does not open at night ( this is not the first time in 10 years)
Rooms technical maintenance not in order.
Receptionist had no info on onsite golf tariffs.
Keycard suddenly not working.
People at golfcourse play against the traffic (from green to teebox) later afternoon.
We came to play golf but could only do so on the third day due to treatment and sanding of the greens.

Very nice large terrace, quite rooms.
The golf course is very nice but does not offer any drinking water facilities on the course.
Rather small swimming pool.

The views were amazing
The terrible mani/ pedi and rude lady who walked in 4 times during my mani pedi rather abrupt, room dimly lit as massage room, the manicurist was very polite but actual mani/ pedi was the worst I have had and wasn’t dry after 4 hours.
Also it was a rough file, quick cuticle push and then layered polish, my nails were left rough and with wet nail polish.
The front desk made mistakes on my bill twice.
To order a bottle of water proved very difficult and we were told to drink from the tap. Second day we were able to order a bottle of water.
The location is excellent but the breakfast was terrible, dry baguette and when ordered to the room for which we paid extra, when we ordered for 2 same amount as for 4 , solely more orange juice and fruit cocktail soggy and in cups.
Very disappointing. One very rude waitress in the restaurant yet another was extremely welcoming and polite.(although I was told rudely I could not be served egg Benedict at the restaurant for no apparent reason).
The swimming pool is tiny.

The suite at a higher level has a beautiful view. Room and terrace really great.
The restaurant terrace is super.
Breakfast is nice, but limited choice and not always replenished on time.
The obligatory wear of the mask inside was not always respected by the staff.

Lovely big rooms well appointed and modern. Nice restaurant and friendly helpful staff in a good picturesque secure location
No mini bar but it is a minor thing. On hillside location so would be more challenging for those who have difficulty with steps.
