Le Club Mougins

There were 2 complete bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was functional and well done. The morning bakery in house (at reception) delivery option. On site parking included.

More of a timeshare mentality than a hotel. No daily housekeeping. Some things, like towels for the pool come at an extra charge. Not as many on site activities as expected. Parking spaces were a bit tight, bit this is normal for France. No bell hop service, and no elevators to the higher floors.

Everything was excellent! Nice, clean and spacious apartment, with a big terrace near the swimming pool, with was just amasing in the hot summer days; you can easily reach by car the principalsattractions of Cote d’Azur! And the Mougins Old Village, with his excellent restaurants, definitely worth a visit; and last, but not least, the staff was very polite and friendly. We definitely recommend this resort!

It was lovely and clean very kind and friendly staff. Pool area was nice too

A difficult uphill walk to Mougins would have been lovely if there was a mini bus to take customers up.

spacious room with decent kitchen amenities. very decent location if you want to be in Mougins, which is a cute town that is away (but not too far) from the tourist spots.

The person at the front desk on the morning of the 13th August was incredibly unpleasant and did not make any effort to look into my complaint. Fortunately I noticed that the manager was there on duty as well, so I asked to speak with her. The manager was even less cordial and straight out arrogant. These people should not be customer-facing; I am sure that there are other functions that can be given to them. Other than that, our bed linens were humid, and not perfectly dry. We asked for a change, but it was quite the same. The state of the mattress cover for the sofa-bed was quite gross - we asked to have it changed as well. The WC closet was just very poorly done - like some 3rd tier handyman had built it.
