Awesome break made wonderful by great facilities, lovely staff and location. TWO thumbs up.

Exceptional room, outstanding view, more than ample room size plus the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, breakfast was above average, drinks and bars were good but what made a good hotel excellent were the staff, they polite, helpful in all area, the chamber staff, hotel bar and waiting staff, front desk admin were all great. The pools, Sun lounger's, Balinese Day Bed all the best. My wife and I had the best 5 days and would try our hardest to revisit, as parents ourselves we really apricated the 'Adults Only' policy.

Nothing really It was all ideal for us.

Not as nice as expected.

We paid for a sea view room and had a nice view of the beach. The toiletries in the room smelt amazing.

We booked the 'shuttle' and when we arrived we realised it's more like a public bus and it wasn't leaving for at least 1 hour. I think it's really misleading to call this a 'shuttle' - it's a bus. I expect a shuttle to be waiting for you and leave when you have landed - otherwise I don't understand why booking in advance and sharing our flight details and arrival time is relevant if the 'shuttle' just leaves on its own schedule. The Spa feels like an afterthought - the treatment room is small and cold, they don't offer you any water afterward (we had a deep tissue massage and were really thirsty afterward!). They charge extra to use the indoor pool, which is not worth it. The buffet is small and they close it early if it's not very busy. Overall the hotel was much smaller than expected and didn't love the area. I wouldn't go back.

Pleasant stay for a first time Mallorca, if the hotel had better beds we would definitely come back.

The hotel has a very nice and clean look, the room was clean and the shower had one of the best water pressures we've experienced so far. The breakfast was good, enough for a 5 day stay and the morning staff at the restaurant were very helpful. We went during off season so not a lot of noise from the bars except maybe on Saturday but even then it was only till midnight, it might be different during season.

If you have back problems or medical problems for which you would need a soft bed with a good mattress then don't go here. We read reviews about the beds being comfortable but I guess if you don't have any physical issues, they are fine. The staff at the reception were very cold at check-in. The pool on the lower floor will mainly be in the shadows of the building surrounding it.

Instagram-able hotel with nice staff but only okisch breakfast.

Looks nice and very friendly staff

The coffee at the huge breakfast was undrinkable bad. The variety of food was nice, but the quality was sadly only ok-isch.

A gorgeous hotel for R&R but in quite a boring location, a perfect retreat for some R&R. Relaxed!

Staff were lovely, so accommodating. The breakfast was great every morning. Loved the comfy beds, modern rooms and slept great. Bathroom was also really modern and comfortable. The spa was also a welcome treat

Nothing really, the door into the sauna needs to be fixed! kept staying open so was cold.

We had a great holiday at MiM and will happily return soon. Lovely staff.

The staff were wonderful, reception, bar staff, dining room, they smiled all the time, were helpful, very efficient and so friendly. They spoke better English than me too 😀. We would like to make a special mention of Anna in reception who helped us when our taxi was 45 minutes late to take us to a restaurant for my partner’s birthday meal. She rang the taxi company several times and even phone the restaurant to let them know we’d be late. Thank you Anna 👏 Our room, number 118 overlooked the sea and the pool. It was spotlessly cleaned every day. The lady who cleaned it did a great job. The food, breakfast and dinner, was tasty, well cooked and varied. One of the young ladies, slim, wore glasses, always smiled as she greeted us for our meal. She worked at reception too, spoke good English too. I’d promote her. 👏 The pool was lovely and there was no scrambling for sun beds like you see at some hotels. In short, MiM is a very classy hotel. We’d recommend it to anyone.

We might have liked a bit more entertainment in the evening instead of just twice a week.

Relaxing holiday, great location

Staff are brilliant - professional and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Roof pool lovely for a cooling dip, main pool also lovely. Bar food was good and the cocktails were not bad either. Very relaxing stay. Extra points for their patience with my rusty spanish!

Room with view wasn't as expected, but the team on reception resolved it and I had a lovely stay.

Exceptional

Nice, modern hotel in a convenient location. The room we had was really spacious and nicely decorated. AC worked fine, the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. There is not private parking, but you can find public parking nearby.

A relaxing stay with a calm and comfortable feel.

The design and decor was lovely and the facilities were to a very high standard. friendly and helpful staff across each departments. The spa area was beautiful with an amazing backdrop, we both had a massage that was great. I myself am a therapist and felt relaxed by your masseuses.

We noticed in our bathroom one of the taps was not on securely but still worked fine. Depending on what time we ate breakfast we noticed some produce was not as fresh as previous occasions, but overall was good.

cute boutique hotel with great rooms and mid food

the interior is very stylish and well designed, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was very spacious. There are two pools (one on the ground floor and one on the roof terrace), which is a nice bonus!

the breakfast is a little disappointing for a four star hotel. Tough the buffet seems to have many choices, the food quality is just okay, with nearly no plant based alternatives. After multiple requests, the staff accommodated our needs of alternative milks (maybe skip the lactose free milk and offer one plant based milk instead). The food and the cocktails at the rooftop terrace aren't great either. The area isn't as nice as other places in Mallorca unfortunately, but that's not the hotels fault. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but the room was not exactly the standard we expected

Very well located. Clean, seems new or newly renovated. Staff was nice and provided all necessary information. Nice plentiful breakfast and dinner.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor and although we paid for a sea view, the view was more of the parking lot in front and of the pool. The balcony has no privacy since it's on the first floor and everyone sitting at the pool can see you. Room was smaller than anticipated.

Nice, quiet and cosy hotel

Very nice, cosy hotel in Sa Coma. staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was excelent with sea view. If you are looking for quiet place to stay in Sa Coma this woudl be the choise

Food could be better, but I would not say we did not like it.
