At Playa Blanca the price reflects how good the hotel will be. It is not as updated as the posh, new hotels in Sa Coma. The pool is nice & the breakfast was amazing. The owner is a very lovely man late 70s the care & love he has hotels shines through & was there most days taking care of it. You actually feel the love .The hotel had a very 80s homely feel The owner & staff were very helpful. .it is in a perfect location a minute from beach & promenade & restaurants, bars.& a couple of minutes from bus stops. Airport bus stop couple of minutes away.

The room wvery dated . No air condition although we did have a fan. This helped . Once again for the price we found this acceptable. We had a pool view room which was beautiful to look out at Majorca.

Television in room, Free breakfast with plenty of fruit. The proximity of the hotel to the seafront & Bus stop nearby

The swimming pool wasn't available, Some building work noise nearby, Can be heard during the day

The breakfast was adequate her price. There were a good of selection. The hotel have a good location. The Rooms are older but clean.

The hotel doesn´t have air-conditioning, so I think during a peak period will be not comfortable. I was there in September and it was fine.

Good hotel for guys who doesn't expect so much. Good bed, clean room, good breakfast. Can recommend.

Breakfast was fine, enough of all stuff, various. Destination - 2 mins by walk to beach Price - corresponded to quality Rooms was well cleaned. Equipment was really old, obviously for whole time of hotel there was no investments, but everything was clean (so old but no dirty).

Hotel equipment - very old, damaged Coffee machine on breakfast was broken, sure there left 2 like instant coffee maker, but this coffee tasted really terrible.

NOTHING! ZERO! This hotel is a total scam!!!!

- Room was dirty - There is no air-conditioning at all and the area is super noisy at night! Good luck trying to sleep with the window open! (This comes from a former militar) - The balcony lights are centrally controlled and remain on during the whole night. When I asked the receptionist about them, she said she did not know where to turn them off. Pathetic! - Swimming pool has tales missing and I end up getting my knee injured and had to take 4 stitches. When informed about the problem, the hotel did not do anything! - Receptionist came to punch me after and argument about the above incident on the Swimming pool and per him, having 4 stitches on my knee and not being able to get to the sea and properly enjoy the trip was my problem, not his. - Breakfast is the shitest I have ever tried. We end up buying our own stuff as the rest was either junk food or had a terrible taste, like the coffee, for instance. - Lifts are from 60s, the are really tiny(max for 3 persons) and don't even have a safety sensor to avoid closing the door on you. - Decor is terrible and creepy as it has pictures of the owner all over the place. - Room is advertised as having a safe but then they want to charge you 15 euros to use it. - It does not have internet in the rooms at all and the one in the common are is super expensive.

unworthy hotel of anyone’s money

there really wasn’t anything positive

the condition of the entire hotel was dilapidated. the lifts, tables, chairs and sun beds were all tired and broken. the pool was dirty and tiles shedding off throughout. the breakfast was left to overcook under hot lamps with no attention from staff. the attitude of the staff was take it or leave it. the reception staff had a big laugh and a joke that I owned the latest iPhone and I was staying at their hotel. it really shouldn’t be offered on booking.com.

Absolutely awful and unacceptable

Swimming pool

Just awful.It was dirty,smelly,insects were crawling around.No air conditioner,no fridge. Unsafe with the type of ballon/building.I have to ask for my room to be cleaned and to provide us with the hand towels.This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed.Staff was rude and unprofessional,desk hardly been attended to.We had to wait for an hour for someone to come to reception to check us in.Umbrella’s at the swimming pool are broken.Impossible to sleep as it was unbearable hot ,and for the price of one room of €900,you expect more.My husband slept outside by the swimming pool.People must know in what kind of hotel you are sending them to .In my children’s room ,wardrobe was broken,under the bed was broken,dirty room. We booked three rooms for 7 nights and paid €2.166. And we didn’t even have a basics like air conditioner or fridge.We been asked to pay additional cost of €15 per day for the air com and €25 for a fridge per day. Disgusting. Not that I would ever recommend this hotel,but you and people must be warned about it.Just to put the final insult to all the guests,it was falsely advertised that hotel has a free WI-FI.Yes for 10min!!!Shocking

I loved being in Sa Coma, close to the beach and town, and I loved the kindness of the staff

Room was generally OK and fine. But it misses a little bit of help. - Curtains were falling off, the door can only close, when chain lock is on, and the room misses an aircondition for when the weather is very hot, as you cannot keep the balcony door open, when others are smoking on their balconies. - A little too noisy at night from young people getting together in the outdoor breakfast area underneath the balconies. This happened every night. Breakfast OK and also the pool. The staff was very sweet and kind. FANTASTIC so close to the beach. And SO GREAT with a dancing night every week. I will return for that:-)

The noise at night. Lack of air in the room, when it is very hot, - there is no aircondition and you cannot open the door, because people can get in from other balconies. Smoking people should be kept in a special area of the hotel, so that the smoke only spreads, where there are smokers.

Ok for the price

Very near the beach front promenade. Fairly comfortable (if ageing) room. Staff were pleasant. Nice pool area which caught the sun all day. Bar was cheap. Room prices were very good value including only £2 a night to upgrade from B&B to half board while I was there.

Property is showing real signs of age and lack of investment and is very much stuck in the 80’s when it was built. Many of the facilities were closed down or out of use. Guy on reception also seemed to act as bar man (and general dogsbody) meaning that if there was a que at reception it was impossible to get a drink. Restaurant was closed meaning a walk to a sister hotel for food. Slightly odd decoration with endless pictures of the owner staring down from the walls and even pool parasols.
