El mejor hotel de Bogotá y que otros hoteles del país deberían imitar

La amabilidad del personal, limpieza, facilidades, comodidad de las camas y sillones, accesos a estacionamiento y en general, más de 10 de 10. Este hotel es lo mejor que nos ha podido pasar en Bogota, además, han sido siempre amables y comprensivos con nuestras mascotas.

Nada por decir. Siempre que viajamos a Bogotá, nos quedamos en el hotel.

The location is some distance from the centre but you can get a taxi there which is quite inexpensive. The gym is somewhat basic with a couple of treadmills and one bike. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. Staff were very helpful at all times and brought up things when requested.

Staff had limited understanding of English so it was hard to tell them that i wanted a veggie omelette for breakfast.

the hotel was really nice, location very good and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. a bit further to the city centre but all reachable by Uber/ taxi. room was very spacious, super clean & the staff were very helpful.

Good hotel in a quiet location but close to everything needed.

Good location in a quiet area - lots of excellent restaurants & supermarket nearby. Hotel breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Staff attentive and spoke English at reception. Room was really nice and spacious.

Very clean, the staff was very professional and helpful and the area it’s located is very nice and convenient.

the only thing we didn’t like was the bed. very uncomfortable, super hard and it was difficult sleeping.

Amazing location and great area. Very clean and nice rooms

There was a bit of a communication issue and we were fairly certain we were told breakfast was included when we checked in but then we were charged for it. Nothing too bad though only $6 but still was confusing. We also scheduled a shuttle pick up but again a communication issue and they had the wrong time scheduled.

This hotel gives the personal feeling of attendance and warm home stay!

The breakfast was very ample in the variety of fruits and juices, and all that makes a breakfast complete, very happy with it, and was included with the price of the room!

No remarks at all!

Exceptional

Breakfast was delicious, and included enough options for a vegetarian/ someone lactose intolerant. There's an excellent vegan restaurant down the street called Elektra Punk&Food, and we felt safe walking between here and the busy nightlife in Chapinero. Mojitos at the hotel bar were very good. Of the three places we stayed in Colombia, this was the easiest to communicate if you only have a little Spanish, and the staff was super patient and friendly.

They had a good breakfast, I liked the location I felt safe walking there. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel it’s closed to a mall. I would stay in there again .
