Lovely room overlooking the sea. Facilities were excellent. Staff were most welcoming, food was delicious both evening meal and breakfast. The spa was amazing, but the sauna ritual followed by the dip in the sea was exceptionally magical! We were greeted like friends, treated like honoured guests and altogether made to feel very welcome. I can’t wait to come back.

Location 10/10!
The recommendation that 2 standard rooms would be suitable for a family of four with two teenagers. The rooms were tiny!!

The room was big and comfortable with a very good bed. I appreciated the no noice environment.
I would like to have the possibility to make the room more dark with curtains blocking more of the light out.

Great location, Spa and lovely 45 minute walk into Varberg.
Check in and bar/ restaurant a little chaotic. May have been due to conference and extra number of people there. Having said that the women in the Badhuset (Sauna) and the Spa were excellent.

Lovely location by the sea. Great facilities, enjoyed using the spa for the duration of our stay. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay :)

the spa and the room were great. the evening meal was really lovely and the staff accommodating.
I would prefer if the spa experience was included in the price for the room.

The look and ambiance of the room and hotel is quite nice and the new spa is quite lovely as well but I would prefer the hot tubs to be a bit warmer than 36°C personally. The massages we got at the spa were really great. The location right by the sea is also beautiful.
The restaurant was really disappointing however, the menu was limited and the food we got wasn’t very good. The breakfast was also nothing special.

Breakfast was very good, the room was very spacy clean, service was excellent, the place at the beach was wonderful
The shower was the only minus point, because the ceiling was quit dirty

Convenient location with choice of walks along coastal paths.
Excellent breakfast buffet with something for all tastes.

When we checked in we got a small room that did not meet up to our expectations. But we were offered a larger room the second night and that was much better.
Breakfast was OK but not prepared "with love"
Location was very nice and watching the sunset from a bench/table close to the beach was wonderful
The room we had the first night
And breakfast could be prepared in a "fresher" way. Felt a bit sloppy and cheese and other products were swetty on their plates.

The personnel in the restaurant, who were very friendly and cheerful
No selection of real tea, only weird fruit infusions.
They put sugar in the scrambled eggs! No civilized person could eat that!

Good location next to the beach. Bedroom was comfortable with pleasing decor. Some interesting and stylish objects d’art around the entrance and reception area.
The bathroom was much too small and the shower over the bath was not comfortable or effective. I think it would be better to forget the bath and have a decent shower. Breakfast was like the first day at the sales. We had a time slot of around 45 minutes and everyone arrived at the same time. Not nearly enough staff in the dining room to cope with things constantly running out. One very grumpy young girl added to the unpleasant experience. In all the other hotels we stayed in people came to breakfast when they wanted and it was much more peaceful.

The rooms and breakfast areas were very nice. Good food for breakfast too!
It was hard to find parking spots. We took the last two parking spots.

The staff were super nice, especially those in the restaurant. My son was taken care by them so well. The view of my room is also fantastic.
The hamburger and stake were disappointing.

very convenient hotel in wonderful nature settings by the sea and SPA facilities

Amazing location with basically a private beach. The restaurant / breakfast area was very nice and well decorated / arranged. The breakfast itself was also really good, probably the best I have had so far in Sweden with plenty of choices for savoury or sweet food.
The room is extremely small (probably the smallest I have stayed in Sweden). We booked the standard double room and there is just space for the bed (which is a 140cm!). In relation to the size of the room, the bathroom is actually quite big. The SPA facilities are a little small for a hotel that promotes its SPA area. Only 2 saunas (50 degrees and 80 degree), 2 jacuzzis (about 6 people in each) and a hammam.
The bed is also something to consider. We had a 140cm (which was mentioned when booking so you know it) and it had a very soft mattress meaning that during the night we basically sank in the middle (making a "V" shape). I would recommend two twin beds with their own mattresses to avoid this.

Excellent large room with cozy bed, fantastic facilities. Nicely located by the sea. Super friendly staff.
Very thin walls. Dinner was OK, but not "seasonal & local" as claimed by their homepage (strawberries in December, wine from Australia??) and not entirely worth the price. Breakfast was the same; great choices but all fruits and vegetables were imported (lots of exotic fruits, Austrian jam etc.). One use plastic gloves were advised to avoid the spread of Covid, causing lots of plastic waste. Why not just use mandatory hand sanitiser and keep distance?
