Superb

We had a great stay. Hotel is very well maintained from polite and friendly owner. Freshly painted outside, clean and tidy rooms and bath. At breakfast we had everything necessary- not luxory but just right. I reccom3md the spinach cakes - bureks. Rooms were spacious enough for couple. Two swimming pools- adults and kids. Pool bar and nice coffee. Very close to the beach, downtown and ferry - walking distance. View to the mountain. You can buy homemade tsipuro and olive oil. Enjoy your stay.

The only negative was that at the bathroom the shower couldn't be fixed on the wall. The hoock was not working properly. I am sure that the owner will take care of it.

Exceptional

The host was extremely kind. Although it is not the season, the room was warm, clean and I was offered dinner if I wanted. There is a pool and a restaurant. An exceptional caring family business. I highly recommend.

Superb

Spacy room, the kitchen hidden in the wardrobe 😁 good breakfast. The owner made us a map with the highlights we can see out of the season and that was very nice.

Very good

The host, mr. George is a special man and very attentive with tourists. Also he's a good bardender :) The pool is a strong point, very clean and refreshing.

Perfect stay 10/10

-Super clean apartment, halls, the space around the pool -The area around the hotel is so silent and peaceful! -The room was spacious, there was a simple kitchen with place to boil water, cups for tea, flatware, tissues, book with useful.information -The water in the shower was warm both in the evening and morning -The balcony was very nice with dryer for swimsuit -The breakfast were veery nice and tasty. There was milk, cereals, bread, butter, some vegetables, bread with eggs and milk, scrambled eggs, nutella, ham, cheese, 1 sweet chocolate cake, coffee, espresso, teas, juice. Everything perfect but it would be more comfortable not to be watched by waitress all time while picking up food (she was nice, but present during the whole time and we were there alone so there was no need to watch if something from food was about to be finished to be ready to get it from kitchen). -There were 2 pools with closing times. It closed at 8pm and even though we came after 8pm, I was allowed to use it. One is shallow (perfect for children) and one is for swimming. The beds around the pools were sooo comfortable. -There is also a poolbar where you can buy a drink from 8-10€. We tried the signature one, it was very tasty :) -The owner? Was present most of the time by the pool and was very helpful and kind. -The hotel is 15min walk from the city center, 5min walk from Lidl or Masoutis shops. -If coming back to Thassos, we would definitely think about coming back during the summer season. I would reccomend also for families witch children.

-Some plugs in the room were not working. By the night tables there was always only 1 working, so either we had light or we were charging the phone. (But that can be fixed) -Supervision during breakfast while picking up the food was not comfortable -the mattress from bed was too hard (but someone might like that - I dont) and the pillows were unnaturally high

Very clean hotel, fantastic location easy walk to the port ,bus station all the restaurants and beach. The breakfast had a lovely choice, the owners and all the staff made you feel very welcome were very friendly.

Perfect location!!

Amazing location , great breakfast .Pool was perfect also. We had a lovely time and our host, George and his wonderful family made sure that we woudn' miss anything and was very helpful with tips for the island and a pleasant conversation at the Cafe Bar. Will definitely come back and we highly recommend it!!

The best place, the best owner

Starting with the location , it is very close to the beach, to the center, to everything. Almost 5 min by car from all good restaurants situated in the port. Moreover, the breakfast was very good, everything one can wish in the morning. Very tasty, as well. Finally, the best owner. He suggested us the places we should really visit. A very special person .

I could not say something bad about this hotel.

Great accommodation !!!

Everything was very clean, comfortable, the owner is a great person, he explained us everything about the island, what to do, what to visit, where to go and eat ! He even made us a map 🙂 ! Over all was a pleasant stay that it's worth coming back to.

It is little bit far from the beach but compensates by having 2 pools at customers disposal.

Metsikas Residence is an amazing place to spend with friends and family. It is extremely clean and the owners went above to making you feel welcome. They booked amazing places for us and recommended us beaches , restaurants and activities that were top notch and quality. Their cocktails at the bar and service were amazing and we have nothing but praise words for them. We will definitely visit them again and recommend this place to everyone. Bonus-they prepare their own olive oil that you can buy directly from them, it is amazingly good quality.
