Great hotel, even better than last year, we'll come again

It's our 2nd time in a raw ans it was even better than last year. The cleaning service is better, we had fresh lemonade during the day (nice touch :)), no wasps. The room are great for families, the beach is also nice, the sunset spectacular, close to Potos if you want some noise and crowds, but far enough if you want quiet evening.

I liked everything, but improvements can be made on the beach cleaning and the restaurant comfort. The food is very good, bur the chairs are not very comfortable and a bit dark in the evening

Disappointing

Location and food was good.

The room was not clean. For two days in a row the bathroom was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The shower gel and shampoo were not refilled and they forgot to provide us with towels. The facilities are outdated and there is no available parking place for all guests. Rooms need to be renovated. Furthermore the only reason that the hotel is 4stars is because is beachfront.if not beachfront the hotel should be max 2 starts.very expensive for no reason.better places to stay with better prices around

Everything is perfect

Dear Hotel Management, We recently stayed at your hotel for holiday and entertainment purposes. I would like to thank you for the cleanliness of your hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the facilities at the hotel, the ease of transportation and the excellence of the food. Your hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were cleaned every day and our sheets and towels were changed every day. Our bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to all our questions and requests. Especially the staff at the reception were very caring and helpful. The amenities at your hotel were diverse. There was a pool, beach, restaurant, bar and much more. All places were very clean and well maintained. Food at the hotel was delicious. A wonderful holiday!

Everything was excellent! Staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is on the beach, has a very good location. The pool was also excellent especially for the kids who prefer to swimming in the pool. The food was great and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was excellent, certainly we comeback to Atrium. Thank you very much for the hospitality ! ❤️

An excellent location, right next to the beach, in a quiet area at the edge of the village, wit

The location is excellent, by the sea, with a lot of vegetation in the courtyard, with swimming pool for adults and children and wonderful staff.

The rooms and the bathrooms are quite small, beds are not so comfortable.

I had booked 8 nights, I was there only 7 nights but they are charged me for all 8 nights.

The cleaners staff coming to clean the room after lunch when most of the guests are getting rest after a day on the beach or other. making noise, talking loud.

More a 3 stars hotel with prices like a 5 stars hotel. We stayed 7 nights, we payed 200 euro/night with breakfast included. everything was bad: the food, the personell, no hot water to take a shower.

- The food is very very bad. - We stayed 7 nights and a big problem is that every evening there is no hot water to take a shower. - They don’t clean the room. - The pool is dirty and unmaintained. - They don’t change towels. - They don’t add shower gel or shampoo. - The personell is totally amateur and the hotel is very bad managed. - 3 days in a row they didn’t have beer at the bar but they tell you can’t drink beer from outside cause you will pay a fine of 400 euro - Price/night is like in a 5 stars hotel but the hotel is not more than 2-3 stars.

Not bad not good

Not bad location. Close to restaurants 5-10 minutes by car. The wifi was very poor. We were 4 people at room only one of our phones was connected everyday. They don’t change towels, replace shampoo and make the room unless you ask the reception specifically. The breakfast can be better. The beach was good and suitable for children. The receptionist Melia was perfect. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions kindly and willingly. Thank you Melia.

Except the event I had with the cleaning ladies all was good. Actually the hotel is very nice.

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very nice and professional. But the cleaning ladies team not. They do not do their right job.

The room cleaning department. After 3 days of no service in the room I had to make scandal for cleaning and changing the towels.

Very friendly staff; location- the hotel is just on the beach; the beach is with soft sand and very large; blue, clean water; silence; the breakfast is very good. The hotel is very clean; they desinfected every table, chair etc. before use. I will come back for sure.

Very good

The balcony was cute, the bathroom was big. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed daily. The staff at the restaurant and reception was very nice and polite.

The room is not as pretty as presented in the booking pictures. We booked a room for 2 and we had a large bed and an additional single bed that made the room not as nice as expected. The wardrobe had coat hangers that could not be taken down to be able to put the clothes on them. The esspreso machines at the hotel were "closed" from 10 PM until the next day, so we were unable to have any tipe of coffee after 10pm.
