2組家族で泊まりましたが部屋も多く、いろいろと設備が整っていました！思っていたより綺麗で満足です！

寝室やバスルームが複数あって良かった
何かトラブルがあっても連絡すると対応が早くて助かった。
チェックインする時、チェックイン用のタブレットが電源切れで問い合わせしないとチェックイン出来なかった。
キッチン用品やエアコン、浴室の衛生状態が悪過ぎた。
キッチンカラトリーには食品カスが付いていて、まな板は黒カビが有るものもあった。
浴室は黒カビが所々複数(大きく目立つ物)
があり、浴室換気扇にもカビがビッシリだった。
またバスマットも黒カビだらけで使えなかった。
エアコンも通風口がホコリだらけでエアコンを付けると喉に不調をきたした人が複数出たのでエアコンの使用を止めた程だった。

the owner should prepare some water and basic thing for cooking such as salt and oil. that will be much better.

The place was spacious and the upstairs balcony was great.

The place is right next to Kamikochi park so very easy access to the park itself.
The dinner and breakfast was not up to the mark. It was traditional Japanese menu so I guess it was hard for me to really understand the taste but I didn’t really like it so much.

The property was extremely dirty!!! From the dishes to different rooms and the bathrooms. There are also EXTRA hidden fees for all kinds of little things that are not expressed upon booking. Save your money and book anywhere else.
