Amazing holiday for my first trip to Bali loved every minute of our stay. Bali I will be back.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. It catered for all cuisines. The beach was at our doorstep easy access and plenty of daybeds available to guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel passed our expectations and was very easy to get around.

I don’t think there was anything to fault.

The friendly staff, breakfast and amazing facilities. The property has the perfect location. The spa was an amazing experience.

Dreamy location and resort

Facility, staff, location were all fantastic. The resort is a conference facility and as a result we found the pool and beach weren't very busy during the day. We never struggled to get a chair or some shade! Staff were incredibly friendly. For those who say Nusa Dua is quiet, I agree but in the best way! We didn't want for anything while we were there

Great hotel with good facilities. Good staff and very helpful. Easy for families.

A little on the pricey side for Bali, however, it feels Nusa Dua is generally on the pricier side. The family room living area was not as big as expected. They could benefit with a general kitchen area for families.

Good breakfast, good location overall.

Breakfast was great.

The room is a bit older than expected. No note before booking that the kids area is only accessible for 4 year old and above. My child of 3.5 years old was not able to participate.

Exceptional

Hotel is perfect. Super equipped with an amazing pool for the family with a water slide and pool bar. Service is outstanding. Kids club is perfect for the kids with daily programs that run all day long. Food quality is also amazing. Do not look for another place. This is it! You can also stroll down the beach and enjoy other hotel restaurants. I stayed at this hotel twice and will be back for more.

Brilliant trip

Pool great. Beach setting is awesome. Gazebos are very worth hiring.

Only thing was constant hassle on the beach to do watersports and buy bowls from hawkers. Even if you said no they would ask again and again all day.

We booked it half board through booking.com. It was very disappointing that Booking.com and Westin messed up the booking as I had to spend several hours explaining our booking inclusions. It appears staff reception had no idea what booking.com booked as they seem to completely ignore the booking confirmation which was emailed to us. Took me 3 hours to sort out with booking.com and then with hotel to fix things. Very poor experience on day 1, not sure who to blame, booking.com or the hotel

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua is still one of the best.

This is our second stay at The Westin. We love the detail taken by the staff. From the general friendly "hello" by any staff that passes you by as they carry out their duties. To the restaurant and front of house staff that you interact with. They are always helpful. The Restaurants. We dined at all of the onsite restaurants, our favourite would have to be Preggo their Italian restaurant. The food is fantastic there. Ikan restaurant that is down along the beach front has a great holiday vibe with great food that ranges across vegetarian to seafood and local flavours. A good range of wines as well. There are plenty of things for kids to become involved in from water slides to bike riding. A great variety of lounges that are spread around the Resort. From the beach to the various pools to the lawns. All up a nice place to relax, with various bars and places to sit. Rooms: The size and condition of the rooms has remained up to a good standard as was the room service. Everything was neat and tidy with lovely large fluffy towels and a good supply of water (In glass bottles not plastic) a good general Wifi service that at times could be jumpy but it works. A nice sized King bed and pillows.

The two things that upset us were. The Beach Bar. I know they're busy, but when you sit for five minutes before you are acknowledged and then another few minutes before a drinks menu is supplied sort of dampens the mood for a drink. Then having to wait and age to be asked if you would like another (Even with two empty glasses in front of you) sort of made the whole experience too hard. My wife complained to me that I over tipped considering the service. The second thing is that the Taxi Service staff need to be checked on for their "Kickbacks" they receive from friendly taxi drivers. We ordered a Blue bird Taxi to take us to the airport. A staff member instead walked away from the desk and ordered a different taxi on his phone that cost us 250k Rp instead of the 150 we had been quoted. This is not a good look for the Westin business that looks after its guests.

Breakfast is amazing and the staff are just beautiful inside and out. We loved every minute of our stay and we will definitely return.
