Don’t stay here trust me!

Nothing

This hotel is in the HOOD/Very Sketchy area. The pictures are all inaccurate. It’s old/dirty & again it looks nothing like the pictures. We left right away and got another hotel. DO NOT STAY BOOK this hotel!

Great downtown location

The staff were very friendly. Location was great for downtown tulum, 20 minute bike ride to the beach and cenotes.

The private tube was unusable. Dirty water came out of the Taps, full of leaves and other bits, no plug. We paid extra for This service that we could use.

Our stay was perfect, exactly as advertised.

The size of our room was great, very big! Just a block away from great shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Pool was fantastic on a hot day!

The A/C was ok, but could have been colder. The pressure in the shower was not the best.

looking into booking a studio style room when we return so there are no living spaces without ac.

I loved the location and the staff. everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that we had no ac for our main living area and where two of the beds were located. However the bedrooms with ac were very adequately cooked and comfortable.

There was an issue with the payment for the room - was only resolved after escalating to the owner of the resort; coffee machine and one of the blinds didn't work; noisy at night and wifi for the tv was very unstable; no water in the bathroom on day of check out

there seems to be much better stays in Tulum for the same value of money.

it has everything you need, but if you want a little more comfort.. you may want to look further. our stay was passable. can’t really complain about anything, but we got a good deal for this stay so we got what we paid for. spacious room penthouse.

Pool area extremely small. Breakfast a little too basic. Old and tired property. Could not get the AC temperature right with 4 nights staying there. It was blowing right at us on the bed.

Quite, convenient charming boutique hotel in a great location with a delicious breakfast.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us good tips on how to get around and where to go. The breakfast was also delicious - every day we had coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, plus our choice of eggs if we wanted them. The location was in a quiet area and very walkable to a myriad of great restaurants and bars in downtown Tulum. Don't miss the street tacos one block away - they were amazing!

Cosy place with lovely staff

Our room was really big and comfortable and we really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. There's a small inner courtyard with many plants, trees and a fish pond. The breakfast was simple, but good. The staff is super nice and helpful and they gave us some really good suggestions for restaurants and beach clubs.

The pool is a bit on the small size, but we didn't need to use it anyway with so many wonderful cenotes around!

Exceptional

Location is great, Oxxo, atm, tacos área 1 minute by walking . Main avenue and a lot of restaurants around, it makes your stay very comfortable. Rooms are big, simple but enough with everything you might need, we stayed on 3 different and we love each of them. You can borrow bikes and circle in the town or to the beach.

No complains about property, but you need to be ready to pay 400-600 pesos to get to the beach on taxi out of center area and the same on the way back.

Amazing stay

I stayed 1 week in Tulum. My stay at Villas Geminis hotel was fantastic, it’s close to the touristic areas of Tulum. The breakfast was very good. A special thank you to Jesus who works at the reception. He gave me a lot of tips and recommandations.

Loved it. Perfect for what we wanted.

Lovely little oasis. Really charming and the room was huge. the free bikes were an experience and got us to the beach every day. Def not a new identikit resort but that added to its Tulum charm. loved the breakfast and room was kept topped up with drinking water.

great location just one block from the main strip but not the quietest at night. The shower took a bit of geeing up and won’t knock you off your feet but did the job. Wi-Fi poor and TV no reception but we took that as a positive rather than negative.

Wouldn’t bother with Tulum - there are nicer places in Mexico

Good location (though Tulum itself is not very nice). Staff really nice and helpful. Parking easy.

Only moderately clean, shower not good, dirty footprints on floor in accommodation, curtains and blinds don’t fully close, locks on doors feel flimsy, water got turned off towards end of stay so couldn’t flush toilet or shower on our last day. Poor value for money (moved to a hotel in Playa del Carmen - much nicer for much cheaper).

Excellent value for the money but communication can be hard

The property was clean and beautiful. Really central in the Tulum city centre with access to a lot of food and drinks options. Even though the breakfast was the same every day, it was prepared on the spot and really tasty.

Since it has been a honeymoon trip, me and my wife wanted to book the penthouse which wasn't available for our first 2 days in the property. I contacted the owner of the property to which he assured me that we can do it right on the hotel for a $15/night surcharge. A bit before my trip I have been contacted by the owner that he would be upgrading our current room free of charge. That never happened. Since we had an additional booking for the penthouse we got it only for the last day which was the same. In addition if you don't speak Spanish, then communication is a bit challenging.

the location of the property was good. the breakfast is really amazing as it’s freshly cooked for you. the staff is pretty friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Central in downtown Tulum with nice rooms

- Great atmosphere in the garden with the pool - Very big rooms and big comfortable bed - The personnel is very friendly - Bikes to use for free, which is great to go to the beach in about 20 min

- The internet was not stable. Often did not work - The breakfast is nice, but same every day
