The place promises more than what you will get.

Good location and lovely breakfast in the hotel next door.

The elevator was not working during our entire stay – despite them every day promising it will work tomorrow. The 'Presidential Suite' has a broken balcony door (so you cant lock your room!!), the bath tub you pay for will never fill u peith water – but also there is no hot water in the taps, never! Also water was out for hours. Could do better!

Good location good hotel

I stayed in this Hotel for 15 nights, the conditions are generally quite good, it needs improvement in several things, but I found that there is a mood whenever I will not mention them. The staff was very kind, the breakfast served next to the Nido restaurant was perfect. The location for me where the Hotel is located is the best because you are 5-10 minutes from the center of the village which has countless bars, local food and everything you need either on foot or by motorbike. And for the beach by motorbike or bicycle 15-20 minutes max. The road where the Hotel is located has everything you need, such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and everything. For my part, I recommend it.

The cleanliness was generally average. Often from early in the morning there was a commotion from the work of the hotel as well as the building next door. WiFi is an issue in general.

me and my best friend picked this hotel for our annual trip. the location is nice and has a restaurant on site. we had m

love the location and the overall vibe and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly.

The pool water was green the whole stay. we also only had wash cloths one day and kept asking for more. also our room leaked when it stormed.

Pleasant place in good location and remarkably friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay in the Blanco Tulum a lot. The amenitites are comfortable and modern. The location is great because of it’s position between the beach and the city. There is a big supermarket across the street, which is pleasant. The breakfast is served out of the hotel, but has a broad offer á la carte. And to mention especially, the staff was remarkably friendly and helpful.

My time at this hotel was pleasant.

the ducks in the pond that made noise all day and night. I would not return because of that.

rooms are ok

very noisy, staff are not nice , they were very impolite. Before booking we asked if our room will be noisy and they said no, we asked them to show us they didn’t want and we ended up being on the noisiest hotel/room in Tulum , if you want some rest, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Nice

The pool area was a nice escape as it was often not too busy. The location was great, eat to get to the beach from and also east to get downtown.

There were more mosquitoes in the room than anywhere else in Tulum. The cleaning staff often would take our towels and not leave us with clean ones.

location - crowdy street, but its not noisy. big presidential room, nice swimming pool area, tasty restaurant next to the lobby. you can you the laundry service. breakfast was in restaurant nearby, very tasty - worth the steps :)

Nice and clean rooftop pool and generally clean around the place and in the rooms.

The staff only spoke english to a very limited degree, which I think is quite bad. Especially the fact that the receptionists didn’t spoke english was disappointing.

Definitely not recommend, unless you want to party all night

Although the „Deluxe“ Suit is pretty small and you also need to have the curtains closed all the time, as otherwise the guests from opposite the small, but very pretty yard, can look into your room : it’s nice decor, modern and clean.

As we’re in our fifties, it would have been great to know in advance that there is super loud music all night through. Couldn’t sleep. The coffee machine, which is supposed to be in the room, doesn’t exist. Very unpleasant, as even after I asked, I only was told they didn’t have any. Really, is this so?? Super unpleasant, as breakfast isn’t served before 8am. And not even in this hotel. Breakfast is in a different location down the street. I understand, if you’re here to party, it’s a great place. But definitely not for people, who just want to stay the night in Tulum, would like to sleep and rely on the information given by booking.com : breakfast in the hotel and coffemachine.

Great location and facilities

Really liked the vibe of the place. The indoor garden and rooftop pool areas were great. We had a double room and it was very spacious.

The bed sheets didn’t seem very clean. There were some orange marks all over them.

Great location.

Friendly staff, Kristina was awesome. The location was perfect. The interior garden was a great view every morning. The pool was fine. Very nice options for breakfast, very good food !!!

Lack of soap in the bathroom, the cleaning staff could be more efficient.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean with great facilities such as the rooftop pool and lovely garden in the centre. The room was really comfortable with great showers. The staff were really helpful and friendly and it was great value for money. The location was great too- there's a massive supermarket across the road, the beaches are a 20 minute cycle away, the main stretch where there are many bars and restaurants is close by. The bus station is about a 29 minute walk or you can order a taxi to get there.

The laundry service is very expensive. Definitely use a launderette outside the hotel if you need to get laundry done.

The size of the room.

Front desk lady very cold attitude and zero help . TV did not work, bad wifi, YouTube, Netflix imposible to see . Terrace pretty dirty. Towels in the bathroom none, only striped blue beach towels that did not help much drying being quite old . Apparently the signal on high floors is not good. No one from maintenance on duty after 5 pm .Asked for 2 glasses and got 2 champagne flute . Nespresso coffee maker without capsules.

Exceptional

I loved the location of the hotel; it is in between the beach zone and the city center; I must mention the extraordinary ladies at the reception desk that always answered any questions I had and even gave me some advice on how to move around, what to see, etc, and were super helpful in general.

The only downside was that the construction work starting every day at 8 am was really loud. But as a person who doesn't really stay much in the hotel room I can say it did not really bother me.

Comfortable / luxurous stay with friendly staff, but room for improvement.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice beds, clean room, nice shower (best so far in Mexico!), OK breakfast, nice courtyard garden, nice rooftop (including swimming pool and comfy sunbeds), big supermarket on the other side of the road. Also, in the reactions they talk about noise from the streets. We must say that we were not that much disturbed by the noise so don’t worry too much about that :).

- The pool was dirty and the music at the pool was super loud. If you like loud music, then it’s nice. If you just want to read a book or have a relaxed conversation, then this pool is not that suitable for you. - There was only one chair at the balcony (with a protruding nail..). As a result, we couldn’t sit outside. - They offer nice bikes to rent. Although, it was a bit disappointing that the price was 250 pesos. The regular price to rent a bike is 150 pesos in Tulum. It would have been nice if they have offered the same price.
