Recommendable place

The staff. Helpful and professional. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Spotless clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a good mall

Somewhat run down hotel, with very indifferent service! Certainly did not seem like a starred hotel!

Reasonably convenient location. Functional hotel.

Phone not working, Dirty clogged bath/shower. Tacky poor interiors, somewhat dirty. POOR SERVICE! Late food (had to go down to reception to expedite request for 2 cups of tea, took almost 1 hour) people not bothered!! Clogged bath full of our own showered unclean water to wet our feet.. Lots of tinkering by staff to "repair" / change phone /intercom which never worked properly! They said they had given an "upgrade" perhaps had allocated our room?! and they waived the charge for the teas at checkout (tea was just OK) - but we'd rather get our tea on time than a paltry waiver!! Higway traffic noise too, walls need better triple glazing soundproofing.. Somewhat disappointed with the stay, when we needed rest after a tiring drive..

Very nice and courteous front desk staff. The Security staff are very nice and helpful. One Mr Sehmani was very cool and co-operative. The Location is very near to Vashi Railway Station and away from the High way.

Asking for immediate payment for the Room Service. It was around 11.50 pm, I have ordered for sandwiches and the staff asked me to pay immediately before I could open the Sandwiches.

Comfortable stay with excellent service

The rooms and environment was very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. We wanted to extend our stay, but initially they said it was sold out. However Mr Santosh at front desk, helped us regarding this issue and we managed to stay 2 more nights. Other staffs were also very efficient and especially during breakfast Ms Sohini took care of us; even the chefs attended to our every needs. Phones were not working and the flush in the toilet had issues but their team was very quick to solve the problems.

We were 3 adults staying in a room but they provided only 1 key card. Had requested the front desk team to provide an extra card but they didn't give. However, every time had to ask for floor access and they were ready to attend. But it's just seem to be a hassle cause even after breakfast (level2) , had to go to the lobby for floor access. For 3 adults, they could easily give 2 key cards. Another thing is that the price of the rooms were doubled compared to our stay in 2021

Pleasant

Gym was big and very well equipped, with trainers always willing to assist. The hotel was nothing like the city- cozy, clean and beautiful.

Unpleasant smell in some spaces. Indian food for breakfast was prepared in front of you and probably good (I didn’t try) but things more common in the rest of the world like yoghurt, bread and even fruit were not fresh. Some had unpleasant smell which clearly suggested that the food was expired but they kept it for many days.

Location is good. Stay away if you have option and not worth the very high price!

The quality of breakfast has reduced drastically since I stayed in this Hotel for 1.1/2 month in March-April 2023. This time I stayed for 30 days but quality has gone down.

The front desk staff attitude is very bad and not at all professional. I had stayed in a suite room in March-April and this time through booking.com, seeing the picture of the room, I booked but it was only a small executive room. I had booked for 1 month and it desk at the time of checking in, they denied me suite room and I told them the "photos in booking.com you have put is for suite room". I had to pay whatever price they told me while checking in 4am in the morning. This is plain cheating! Very unprofessional attitude by the hotel management and always ready to take advantage of customers. Toilets are not very clean, most of the time is yellow as they say they re-cycle the water. House keeping staff come as ask you in the first few days to rate their work in trip.com and once you oblige them, after that their service is bad.

Awesome experience for both business and family

This hotel is a gem especially because of its staff. They make the place special. I would like to applaud: 1. Nikhil, Akshat, Ankita and Rizwan for their diligence and professionalism - they assigned me the best suites that helped me run my business meetings ! 2. The Restaurant staff - Bulbuli, Sohini, Mayuri, Sachin and Siddhesh - they were outstanding for making stuff available at breakfast and dinners ! 3. The Housekeeping staff - Sheetal and her team - keep the suites the cleanest ! 4. The Security team at the Hotel entrance - they are always willing to help with you bags and they rock ! 5. The Interns - this hotel has the best student staff - Khushi, Jahnvi, Vedant - hope they join the team soon !

The hotel does not serve local seafood. The hotel needs to serve more of local fish and support local businesses for sourcing seafood. If you don't support local seafood businesses, then who will ? Setup an example for others to follow.

Awesome staff that offers an amazing service and also great location.

We flew in from San Francisco to Mumbai to meet family and also for work. Great property and exceptional service provided by the staff ! Special thanks to folks who made our stay memorable with their amazing service: 1. Nikhil, Ankita and all the front desk staff for a speedy and super smooth check in process 2. Khushi, Akash and Pranay for helping us navigate to our rooms with our endless luggage 3. Reva, Anita and the housekeeping staff for keeping our room spotlessly clean 4. Staff at the breakfast bar - Sohini, Sujay, Rachana, Lakshman, Azam, Bulbuli for awesome service at the restaurant for breakfast 5. The housekeeping manager Victor and hotel manager Rohan for continuous check and diligence during our stay making it memorable 6. Staff outside who helped us load and unload our heavy luggage Overall this a great place to stay and also mix business with family stay because of the hotel staff and their amazing work ethics.
