Good location, great apartment

A fantastic apartment with greatview, over look the historical buildings and streets. Rooms are very spacious, had everything that you needed for a stay. Very comfortable bed, pillows and shower. Breakfast is average, but good enough.

The lobby looks dated and dark. The staff at reception serving you just ok, but with no warmth feeling.

Perfect for family hotel

The staff is professional and thoughtful, changed our room in time. The in room menu is pretty good, and the location is also very nice, the cross streets was the famous signature street, and easy to go to MRT station, take 100 bus, we have a delicious local crab food. Especially the amazing swimming pool, we have happy night time with the beautiful Singapore city view .

The first room with bad smell , and there is a construction site downstairs, if you go with google map, you will pass the construction and take long walks . We finally figured out the best route on the last day.

A comfortable stay with helpful staff and a good location, with shopping and restaurants close by.

The room was nicely appointed with all the facilities one would expect in an apartment. It was a comfortable and quiet space. The washing machine was fine but the drying feature was very time consuming. There was a good breakfast with plenty of variety on offer.

아기와 함께하는 여행이라 간단한 세탁과 취사가 가능한 곳으로 정했는데, 위치도 좋았고 청결도, 서비스 등 만족스러웠어요 일주일동안 스트레스 없이 지내다 가서 너무 감사한 마음이에요! 객실도 싱가포르에선 넓은편이어서 지내기 편안했구, 뷰도 좋았어요(저희는 19층에 묵었어요) 다음에 싱가포르에 간다면 또 묵을 예정이에요 ㅎㅎ 수영장이 크진 않았지만 얕은편이어서 아기랑 놀기 좋았어요, 옆에 짐도 좋아보였구요

아쉬운점은 없었어요

Highly recommended for families with kids!

I booked two connecting one-bedroom apartments (one deluxe and one executive) for our family of 4 adults and 2 children and I was absolutely delighted with my choice. It was almost as if we had booked a two-bedroom apartment as we had a separate external door to make the entire space privately ours which was sheer delight to our two active boys. Do note that the bathroom of the deluxe apartment is more spacious than that of the executive apartment. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very well equipped which was great for families with kids. We didnt have time to use the pool and gym but the pool was of a decent size for families with kids and it wasn't too crowded when we were there. Daily breakfast was available (except Sundays and Public Holidays) and though the choice is lesser than what you get at hotels, it surpassed my expectations especially in comparison with other serviced residences in Singapore. There were special items on the menu on weekdays and the eggs are cooked to your choice. Kitchen staff were pleasantly helpful and Chef Liza is always very welcoming and joyful every morning at the breakfast area. Front desk staff were a little less experienced in handling transportation requests for our group of 6 but it was fine as we drove to most of our destinations after discovering that it was much more cost-friendly to do so. Two cabs costed us almost SGD30 from Pan Pac Beach Road to Orchard vs typical car park rates of btw SGD2-3 per hour in most malls.

We didnt get our rooms cleaned for most of our 5-day stay which was fine as our requests to clear the rubbish or for new towels were usually entertained after a call or two to the front desk. Housekeeping seems to be severely understaffed as we only saw 1 person working on our floor during the entire stay and considering that there was so much to clean in each apartment, I'm hoping she is not overworked! I do hope management could look into this.

Excellent

The property is very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the bed, very comfy for our good night sleep. The location is excellent, we arrived past midnight at Queen Street via Causeway Link bus from Johor Bahru, just a short walk to the hotel. MRT station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Booked for a newlywed’s couple as a treat. Check-in after wedding ceremony. And this is the feedback from them. “The airflow was absolutely terrible. Bedroom was so stuffy there's only one centralized Aircon supply at the living room. “ Found a men's "boxer" short underneath the bed.

It was good

The room is large but the bathroom eg shower door opening outwards wetting the floor is not conducive.

There was a musty smell when we first entered the room which lingered for half a day.

- Une odeur de moisi dans la chambre - Le service n'est pas au niveau des autres hôtels 5 étoiles de Singapour - Un micro-ondes aurait été bien (utiliser le four pour réchauffer n'est vraiment pas pratique)

Great place to stay, with excellent staff.

Well sized room. Great views, nice pool and comfortable lounge area for guests. Reception staff were brilliant - they went the extra mile to make us feel well looked after.

We loved our stay for 4 nights. The location was great, staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the

Location is great. It’s across Haji Lane and Arab Street, near a bus and MRT station.

There were no bidets in the bathroom and the shower enclosure opened from the outside so it tends to get wet after showering.

Very good experience and keep up the good work on customer service

Service from the reception was excellent. She went all the way out and beyond to help us find transport to Bugis Junction when the rain made it difficult to find a taxi. She arranged for the shuttle to take us there foc.

For both nights of my stay, I was awaken by noises from the neighbouring rooms in the middle of the night.

An excellent place for families to stay

Very comfortable room with a good sofa bed and good storage. Excellent shower. Overall very well sized space for Singapore. The location was convenient and close to many eating options (not all touristy). The pool was lovely and large and the gym looked great. We had everything we needed and liked breakfast being included. The staff were lovely.

The pool was quite cold and some conditioner with the otherwise good toiletries would be nice.

Travelling with an infant

The suite was very comfortable, with great views. It was perfect for our family with a 5 month old baby.

It was a little bit difficult to find the entrance - signage could be improved.

Great hotel in very good location.

Very nice suite room, which suited three of us. Location was very good, but entrance a bit hidden from main road. Lovely breakfast with good selection of food and drinks. Nice small, intimate breakfast room. Nice sitting room with pool table, working space and free coffee. Lovely pool and fitness centre, but did not have time to use.

Coffee machine in breakfast area, kept needing maintenance, but staff were quick to fix each time. Drinking glasses in breakfast room too small to get a proper drink - could be bigger.

Luxuriously Comfortable

The rooms were great and comfortable. the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was our wedding day so they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade. Location was great.

there no microwave in the room just an oven. but that’s just a small inconvenience

Overall, my children and I enjoyed the stay!

Although it was a one-beded room, a large bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room (two beds in total) were set up nicely when we check in. Excellent service! Great view from the room and my children enjoyed the roof top pool! Breakfast was kids friendly! It was a very pleasant experience for my family!

There are many construction sites outside, surrounding the building now. It can be noisy sometime and needs to detour to walk to Suntec city for shopping and dining. Time to check the flooring of the roof top pool area.
