Entspannte, weitläufige Anlage. Sehr ruhig gebaut. Grosse Zimmer, tolles Bad, immer sauber und aufgeräumt. Highlight war die Aussendusche. Gutes Essen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sowohl im Hotel als auch im Spa.
Leider etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn man nicht der Urlauber ist, der seine Zeit im Ressort verbringt. Man braucht entweder einen Mietwagen oder ein Taxi. Aber selbst das wird jederzeit auf Wunsch vom Hotel organisiert.

Beautiful location, both the beach areas, and the two pools. Very attentive, polite staff, around the resort and in all of the restaurants. Delicious food, and a good choice of different food in all of the restaurants, with attention to good vegetarian and gluten free options etc.

Nice, big rooms, food was excellent and pool for adults only was a very relaxing, quiet place.
The selection of wine could be better, but this is true for everywhere in Mauritius.

Everything! The resort is absolutely beautiful and filled with the most friendliest and accommodating staff! From the moment I got to the hotel I was properly welcomed.
The highlight of my trip was the way in which they accommodated my needs. I was booked into a room at the far end of the resort and being pregnant and the heat requested to change rooms for easier access. They moved me and surprised me with flowers the next morning and a pregnancy pillow. Its honestly the small touches for me.
Westin is a well oiled machine and the service was impeccable. The complementary activities were also great.
All the restaurants served delicious food!
The first room was too far for me but it was soon sorted out for me. Also my pillows had a bit of an odour from wet hair and humidity probably from previous guests.

We had an amazing time celebrating my big birthday at Westin Turtle Bay in Mauritius! Special thanks to the room team that decorated the bed on my birthday and to Naheme for organising the lovely birthday cake and card!
The staff was welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable experience.
The facilities are great, lots of open spaces, outstanding gardens and a relaxing environment. Rooms are big and spacious and the turn down service was excellent.
The swimming pools are large with an amazing view and a small private beach. Steeven and Pascal looked after us next to the main pool, always ensuring that our drinks were extra cold.
Food was amazing, we loved the variety of food at the breakfast buffet, lunchtime bites next to the pool and dinner a la carte in the three restaurants.
Special mention to Seam (the boss) for organising dinner and prepping the team in advanced about my son’s allergies. We felt safe and reassured.
Many thanks to Doomun and Kevin for looking after us at Mystique, where we enjoyed a lovely dinner a la carte. Indian food at Kangan was great and we enjoyed watching the team in the kitchen and the tandoori oven, thanks to Mevin for looking after us. Fusion was definitely our favourite, the sushi by chef Akash and the teppanyaki by chef Madelyn were outstanding! Service by Cedric and Jesca was very nice.
The spa was lovely, with relaxing massages. The gym is well equipped , the yoga and Pilates instructor was great!
The sport team was dynamic and fun, we really enjoyed the morning jogging and aqua gym with Naheme and Dimitri and kayaking with Winsley.
Overall, we’ve never felt this welcome anywhere else, thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience!

Beautiful place on Earth! We’ve never been to more beautiful place (and we travel a lot). Great location, unbelievably polite and professional staff, amenities… Generally I don’t like resorts but this one is rare exception.

We liked the setting of the property.
We liked most everything except for two things. We were having diner in the main restaurant on our last night. A stray cat came over and I gave it some chicken. The waiter came over and said, "please sir don't feed the cats or they'll all come." My response... jokingly was, "and that's a bad thing why?" Well that was not the correct response for this uptight person, so he actually fetched the manager. Who rushed over to me as if I was defecating on the table. The manager said, "we have special food for them." Yeah, you know what? I believe him to be a liar. They were all malnourished and not well.
I personally cannot sit there and throw away food into a bin that I will not eat because I'm full and let an animal go hungry, while watching some fat bastard go up for his 5th round of feedings. That really ruined our night. The cats would run from any staff so that tells me they're being abusive towards the animals. If they did have food for the cats then we wouldn't find ourselves with the cats begging for food in the dining room.
There's a solution to the cats. At minimum feed the cats in an area where the guests are not. The cats will go to where the food is. Work with a local animal shelter to ensure they're cared for or create a human plan... perhaps even work on having them fixed to control the cat population.
The hotel occupies a beautiful spot. I think it's about time the hotel gave back to the area they inhabit and provide something back to the community. Like caring for these cats instead of chasing them away. The way we treat the weakest members of our world is a direct reflection on the values of the hotel management.
The last thing, which to be honest is probably colored by the events from the night before was the morning of checkout. They asked me to sit down for the checkout. I had back pain and did not want to. Standing was more comfortable for me.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The view from our sea view room, the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious food, we loved our stay here.
It would have been nice to have separate sauna and steam rooms for women.

- minor issues - more sun roofs in gazebos could be available, some building areas could be refreshed

Our stay has been wonderful, all the facilities are incredible, the room is a spectacle.
The 5 restaurants are spectacular. The cleaning is great, they change the towels several times a day and they provide you with bottles of water every day.
I spent my birthday at this hotel and they made it one of the most special of my life.
Now, we want to mention Jameel, thank you for your kindness, hospitality, generosity and your professionalism, it is a pity that we could not speak your language well to be able to communicate with you, I hope your dreams come true soon.
Cedric, Keyshan, Samuel, you are great, you are the young people and the joy of the hotel.
And Seam thank you for your hospitality and your kindness, always with a smile and ready to help.

Room was as expected, spacious and real nice. we had one on the ground floor with view to sea and pool. the breakfast buffet had everything on it what you could wish. the quality of meals at the different restaurants was excellent, the staff really friendly and tried to fulfill all the wishes.
Some of the sommeliers was very good, they knew their cellar and the wines.
as our room was on ground floor we could not leave the balcony doors open at night, as we were not sure to find one of the many free roaming dogs or cats in our room.
the online wine list at the retreat bar was not correct as it listed white wines under red and the staff there did not really know the list.

The property is new, clean and so spacious. Everywhere you go there is another amazing view of the ocean. Divine. The service, location and food are amazing. We had the best time and were so sad to leave. We are already planning for our next trip

The hotel itself is really beautiful, in a remote location with its private beach and two big swimming pools. Food is good and varied. Several restaurants but you need to book them some time in advance to get a chance to have a spot. The Junior suite was huge and super comfortable. Staff is numerous and very friendly. They were super accommodating for our checkin and checkout.
Isolated area, surrounded only by hotels so you are totally dependent on them if you want to move or eat something. Be aware of it.
20 mosquitos coming in each time you open the door to go in or out. They do their best to fight against it but it's still a big inconvenience.

The ambiance was relaxing. It was an amazing honeymoon spot.
That we had to prebook dinner at the restaurants at the resort. It was inconvenient as we couldn’t make spontaneous plans.
The complimentary snorkeling trip- the staff took us to a place with dead corals and hardly any fish and expected us to enjoy snorkeling. When I pointed out that all these corals were dead, he knew. It was a waste of time.
