Palm Beach Hotel was by far one of the nicest hotels I have been staying at, and it is all due to it’s fantastic staff.

Staff is amazing and friendly. Location is great for tourists looking for a beautiful, calm part of the beach. Rooms are nice and clean.

Breakfast was very simple, pancakes amazing but the rest very basic.

We were greeted by the manager and he was polite and welcoming. The breakfast was very good.

I liked the friendly staff, location was perfect. I felt comfortable and enjoy my stay. I highly recommend this hotel

The water pressure went low on the first day but they fixed the issue as quickly as possible

location is great, right on the beach. the poolarea is also quite nice and the staff is very friendly. would stay here anytime again.

Had requested a particular room however upon arrival this had not been noted..staff were quick to change room allocation which was good.

Pleasant stay in Kotu

Well situated in Kotu almost on the beach. Rooms were of a good size and had A/C & beds were comfortable. Breakfast available from 7,00am which was important for us because we were out on bird watching tours each morning at 7,30. WiFi fast at bar / reception area

Payment in cash only was somewhat unusual, would have preferred to settle with card. The breakfast was adequate at best, not a great deal of choice. Hotel is slightly 'dated' - but represents fair value for money at this price point.

My friend was not welcome to the hotel. He's a gambian. He had problems with the security. The minute that he left the hotel, he wasn't allowed To get back in. The treated he like an oudsider. It's up to the staff to make sure everybody is treated the same way.

Second stay at this property and would come again! Basic but nice hotel

Comfortable bed, good location for the beach. Staff were nice. Entertainment for guests each day

Far from the main Senegambia strip and restaurants. Night entertainment loud until late at night.

amazing!!!

wow, the property was very clean! the staff were absolutely amazing, I travelled for the first time from the Uk it was my first time flying etc when I reached the hotel I was very upset because I was scared nervous etc but Rajj and his family were super amazing and made me feel so reassured that I was safe and everything will be okay! the cleaning of my room was absolutely amazing every single day! these guys work incredibly hard to make there customers trip the best they can! all I have to say is they are amazing, keep up the good work❤️

Near the sea - I guess the breakfast was fine

The hotel need to be renovation..... You can't figure who is working in the hotel since every one roaming around wearing what ever they have..... My room lock was not working they came and fixed it fast..... But they could do it before...since I came from long trip... I don't have time to wait more for fixing and wasting time..... It was weird that when I reach its look like males are only staffs... No female touch at all.... Ture say I didn't feel comfortable.... And thank god it was one night..the price for walk in customer is cheaper than booking

Very good

The staff was wonderful. The location and the beach is perfect. Good price for beer and food, and the is good. The night activities were also good.

To comment something bad, we had to leave the last day at 6:30 am, we ask for packet breakfast which seemed to be a possibility but finally the forgot

We’ve been to Palm Beach many times now. It is improving every year

Best location in The Gambia, right on the lovely beach. Lovely helpful staff

The evening entertainment was a bit loud at times, but it never went on late

Basic but great value for money!

Friendly staff, lovely pool. My fave was the location. On the beach!

The WiFi is restricted to reception area and poolside.
