I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and have no significant complaints. Everything met my expectations!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The amenities provided by the hotel, such as the spa and pool, were top-notch and greatly enhanced our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The dining options at the hotel were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.

Nothing I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and have no significant complaints. Everything met my expectations!

Нам понравился Отель, его уютный ресторан на этаже L, возможность выйти с территории к морю.

У нас был очень поздний заезд в 2 ночи, нам дали номер более высокой категории и продлили время выезда, что было очень приятно. В отеле удобные номера с балконом, где можно прекрасно провести утренние часы (если выходят на восход) или послеобеденные и вечерние часы. В каждом номере есть все для кофе и чая. Обязательно рекомендуем посетить зону СПА!

Было немного шумно из-за звуков самолетов, идущих на посадку в ближайший аэропорт, но спустя какое-то время к этому адаптировались.

I recommend this hotel to who ever wants to enjoy stunning views of the sea with easy access to the city

Excellent location overlooking the sea and very close Marmaray train station and one minute from the aquarium and Florya Mall The hotel rooms and layout is very astonishing

المكان هاديء جدًا وراقي ، النظافة فوقتها ، تجاوب الرسبشن مع طلباتنا وسرعة تلبيتها ، طلبنا سرير طفل ولبوه لنا بأفضل مايكون .. يسارعون للتنظيف الصباحي حتى بدون ما نطلب منهم ، نطلع للفطور ونجي نلاقي كل شيء نظيف قرب الفندق من مول فلوريا الي يتوفر فيه كل شيء أحيانًا نكتفي فقط بالمول ومافيه .. مطاعم والعاب واكواريوم وسوبرماركت وتسوق كللل شيء صراحة ومسافة دقيقتين ع الرجول مررررة قريب الحمدلله انبسطنا مرررررة والبوفيه حكاااااية كل شيء متوفر فيه والموظفين بس يتبسموا يعني من الاخير ادفعوااا لكن بترتاحون يستاهل والله

المساج حلو صراحة ،، لكن مايستاهل السعر بحدود 250 ريال 1950 ليرة وهو شي عااادي يعني في جدة اسوي ب 150 نفس كذا بالضبط

Schönes Hotel am Meer

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal - speziell Ms. Iladyia (Customer Care). Die Lage des Hotels am Meer ist sehr ansprechend und ideal für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet, da auch der Wellness Aspekt sehr groß geschrieben wird. Der internationale Flughafen ist leider weit entfernt (Fahrzeit ca. 1 Stunde).

الفندق جميل ولكن تحتاج الى تاكسي للوصول الى المناطق السياخيه

الغرف انيقه ولكن ينقصها فرش الارضيه الفطار جدا ممتاز اخذت جناح جونيور في الطابق الارضي جميل جدا ويفتح على المسبح والحديقه ومدخل خاص الى البوفيه ويوجد مخرج الى المورنيش ببطاقه الغرفه وينكن الذهاب للمول من خلاله يقع الاكوا ريوم مسافه 3 دقائق مشيا والمول كذلك ويقع مطعم شازلي الشهير 8 دقائق مشيا ويقع بازار فلوريا 12-15 دقيقه مشيا بازار كبير ورخيص يفتح فقط يوم الاربعاء

موقف غير جيد حصل خصوصا اني مسافر دائم وعضو جينيس حضرت مبجرا تقريبا 11:30 صباحا والدخول الساعه 2 لم يبذلو اي جهد في تقريب الوقت ولم يقدمو لنا اي ضيافه بل حتى الماء لم يقومو بتقديمه المكان نعم جميل ولكن بعيد عن الاماكن السياحيه تحتاج تاكسي ضروري

Everything was super organized. The staff, including room service, were very friendly and always on hand. The room was excellent, spacious, clean. There was even an iron, which we really needed😁. Me and my friend are very satisfied with your service.

I didn't like that the pool had to be left at 8 pm. Nothing traditional was organized...for example, live music with belly dancers😁. It didn't have traditional baklava.

Very odd, not relaxing. Don’t stay here with kids.

The hotel is a nice design, great facilities (gym, pools, good bar etc), the club lounge is also excellent as a chill space (with one caveat - see below) and very good service on the most part. The location is far from the usual tourist traps of Istanbul which gives you a chance to experience authentic Turkish city life and food - if that is what you are seeking.

It’s under a flight path - but they are small jets and the double sealed patio doors take care of the noise (depending on where you stay). The condoms in the complimentary mini-bar should have warned us we were entering into an unknown world. What the doors (and condoms) don’t stop are the raging Turkish weddings, that they appear to be hold mutiple times a week. We could only endure one (to the point we needed to cut our stay short) - it was so loud it kept our young children up till midnight - it also took me back to many nights of hard Techno at Sydney’s Chinese Laundry- difficult after a long day sight seeing - woeful the next day. As the kind senior hotel executive mused “Turkish weddings are loud” - true but not what you expect staying at the Crowne Plaza. They also have strict pools rules. If you have a kid under 5 they aren’t allowed in the main pool but relegated to a small foot bath - even if you’re an Aussie accompanying your children and used to rescuing international visitors from dying at the Bondi rip - they don’t care. Speaking of “International” - there are rules that apply to: like wearing caps in the indoor pool (however this did not seem to apply to other guests). Also, be prepared for patients recoverying from Istanbul’s booming plastic surgery trade - hair transplants oozing blood from the back of the head at breakfast and Rhinoplasty poolside at lunch. The occasional blackouts were unnerving as well as the kitchen fire on the final morning. Finally, a big shout out to Pelin - the day manager of the Club Lounge - who is actually quite sweet and provides good service - however - her innocent request for us to review her “service” through a QR code actually rated the hotel was a charade, that sadly, many on Trip Advisor have fallen for. What was strange about the request from Pelin is that she asked for a “first review” - prompted from management on her performance given she was new - despite the many on Trip Advisor referencing her.

My first time at crown plaza but hopefully won't be my last. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. Staff were great and always helpful, facilities are excellent, room is clean, spacious with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. Aqua Florya mall is next door and metro station is few minutes walk.

Don't go there over weekend. They hold loud weddings with crazy noise.

They have wedding venue on the roof top and the music was so loud that my son and we couldn't sleep until midnight. When we complained the staff was too rude telling us they cannot do anything and by Law they are allowed to have wedding at the hotel. Both nights in the weekend they had wedding. Totally unacceptable.
