Beautiful granite counter top in the kitchenette, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator make this perfect for all your needs. A gas grill is available for use on the back patio. Take a 3 block walk to the boat launch and cast out your shrimp net or fishing line. A walk in the evening to the park will provide gorgeous sunsets, bird watching and frequently dolphin friends throwing in nightly entertainment. This property is conveniently located between Savannah and Charleston.

Steve and Patricia were very nice and hospitable. The gardens on the property are beautiful and well maintained! Our room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Beaufort is a quaint little town. We enjoyed walking by the water, into town, kayaking on the river and great local foods!

Steve's and Patricia's adorable garage apartment was a convenient and comfortable oasis surrounded by their charming garden. The communication at check-in and throughout the stay was exceptional. The place itself was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spotless, tasteful and well appointed with a comfortable bed and kitchenette with everything we needed. Their beautiful patio was perfect for lunch outside and their home was biking distance to everything we wanted to do in Beaufort including the Spanish Moss Trail. They made their garage available for bike storage and had many helpful suggestions...we truly enjoyed our conversations with them. We will definitely be back to enjoy this Southern gem and amazing hosts.

I had a delightful stay in this perfectly laid out FROG (Furnished Room over Garage). It had everything I needed plus Steve and Patricia are the most delightful and helpful owners ever. I felt safe and so comfortable with them immediately. Their cottage gardens with beautiful flowers made the stay very special. Butterfly’s galore. Hummingbirds and a plethora of birds including a Painted Bunting. I brought my tiny $20 egg steamer and made my usual healthy breakfast each morning. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom/tub/shower worked great and it was easy to stay organized in. There are two outlets for hair tools, etc. The closet even had a full length mirror which was a great bonus and so helpful. There was a suitcase valet. loved the large comfortable leather chair. There were outlets nearby for my electronics.The apt. size fridge worked perfectly. One trip to the grocery lasted me for my 10 day stay. The location was perfect for me. I did not have a car and I was able to walk downtown and back each day easily. I routinely walk at least 3 miles a day so this was ideal to get my exercise in while walking to an historic downtown with a beautiful waterfront, shops, and restaurants. I brought my bike. I biked to the Spanish Moss Trail which is a ten mile bike path along lovely marshes and expanses of water. The historic district especially the Old Point area is not to be missed. The location was ideal for me. I hope to visit again next year.

Everything was as explained in the listing. The property was very clean, bed was comfy and the location was great! You can walk a couple blocks to watch the sunset over the Marsh…. Or you can drive a short way to Hunting Island Park and enjoy the ocean! Absolutely would stay again!

This is a wonderful rental. It was very clean, had everything we needed stay, even a desk where we work some on the laptop. The mattress was very comfortable & the garden area is beautiful, complete with fruit trees. Can't beat the location....quiet and convenient to everything. We will absolutely be back.

This is a beautiful place. We enjoyed the home, the beautiful yard, and especially the host's attention to detail and generosity. The location was perfect permitting convenient access to the many wonderful opportunities available in the Beaufort area. For a party of two, you cannot go wrong staying here.

We only spent mornings and evenings in our rental property as it is very sparingly though attractively furnished. You can make coffee and toast (which we did, every morning) but a full kitchen is not included. There is a small fridge and microwave. Location is beautiful and host Steve is friendly and helpful. Their back yard is gorgeous (many flowering plants) and a patio table with chairs is available for sitting outdoors. We took advantage of this one afternoon during our stay. The studio apartment is suited for a single person or a couple. We loved it but would have greatly appreciated a second easy chsir. The room is easily large enough to accommodate this. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the lovely Pigeon Point waterfront park (great sunsets) and within easy walking distance of historic downtown Beaufort village.

Great and clean place to stay. Has all you will need to enjoy a getaway. Perfect location for walking or biking to historic Beaufort. Live Oaks , marsh views, great food and history in abundance. Steve and Patrica have created a gem and were so welcoming and gave good recommendations for food and sites. Would love to stay again.

Coast In has it all! My husband and I stay in Beaufort 3-4 times and year and we were delighted to find this GEM. Steve and Patricia are the best hosts and we were surrounded by their beautiful gardens and tranquil property. We enjoyed walking to the Pigeon Point boating area and to the Beaufort downtown area. The accommodations are very clean and inviting.

This is a easy one. Nice location, quiet area, accommodating owners and reasonable cost. Planned to visit Charleston and Savannah and found Beaufort. Nice town, good food ( try Fish Camp) it has a vibe like Big Pine Key. Living is easy and relaxed and the people reflect it. Disappointed in Charleston way too touristy. But Savannah was perfect. Forget Charleston - go to Savannah. As for the VRBO, Steve is a great host. Wish I had more time to talk with him. The reason I recommended people stay away, is because when I come back I don’t want you to take my room!
