Overall a good stay, no breakfast options. We did need them a left early. No attendant after hours
Location though pay to park was quite far away
The floors are noisy and when someone walks by our front door made noises.

A fantastic place to stay in Inverness
Central location with a comfortable room. Clean and spacious with modern facilities. Bar meals outstanding value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

fantastic location and a reasonable priced hotel for a city centre hotel.
Hotel is in a great location to explore Inverness an enjoy the night life,
if going with a family, there are always people outside the bar adjacent smoking or vaping and sometimes can be rowdy, but we didn't experience any ill feeling

Good location, no parking spaces
Nice lady at the check in. Location was good (but not if you come by car).
No parking places at the hotel or near! Even though it says 'parking' on the hotel's booking.com page. Breakfast was on extra cost; Scottish breakfast was like it should be, it just wasn't our favorite and we shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Great rooms clean and friendly but look up parking before you go .
The room was lovely easy check in at reception 😀.
I didn't like that there was no parking at the actual hotel . I did ask inside where to park but the lady at reception just said Rose Street. As I am not from the area didn't want to go looking for it . I parked near the hotel in the street near the hotel and had to make sure it was moved by 8am so cutting my stay quite short.

Good
It wasn't too far from the station and centrally located. There was a lift to our second floor room. I could chose and only pay for the breakfast I had. The room itself was spacious.
It overlooked a very noisy street. Water could be heard, constantly running in the plumbing system. I find feather bedding uncomfortable (I am also allergic to it) and had to ask for it to be changed for the second night.
