Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $776 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spectacular Gulf Front view is a once in a lifetime experience that is sure to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The view from this condo is to die for! You can spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basking in this breathtaking view of our beautiful Emerald Green Waters and Snow White Sandy Beaches. Travel all over the world and you will never find a snow-white sandy beach as beautiful as this! It has been said that you can see dolphins traveling in schools in the water throughout the day. Bring your binoculars and find yourself up close and personal with "flipper". All this can take place without you even leaving the condo. Sit on the balcony in the early morning sipping your coffee, and end the day sitting on the balcony enjoying a cocktail. Either way, you leave your worries behind and become entranced in nature, with all the luxuries of a five star resort. By far and away, this is our most favorite place to spend our time. As often as possible we escape to the condo to relax, enjoy the beach and create memories with family and friends. For us, this is a slice of heaven. Sharing this gorgeous getaway with friends and family is an experience you will never forget. It certainly is our favorite thing to do and we hope it will be yours as well. We have recently made many upgrades to our condo. In December 2020 we put in a new water heater and a new commercial grade washer and dryer. In January 2021 we put in a new stove. In the master bedroom we purchased a new king size bed along with two new nightstands and a new dresser. The queen over queen bunk bed is new along with the dresser in the bunk room. In the living room you will find a new couch and love seat along with new end tables and coffee table. Our condo was also repainted in January and the condo looks great! Our condo is just steps away from the beach. Avail yourself to the private path that leads you to your own private beach. Going from condo to beach is less than a 2 minute walk. Your options are limitless. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the condo any time, day or night. If you are so inclined, you can meander down to the beach. In doing so, you may become sidetracked by the two beautiful pools that you will find just outside the condo. Both pools have a fantastic hot tub that may be calling your name. In addition to the pools and hot tubs, there is also a children's water play area that will attract the little people. This is certainly a family friendly location! If you decide to resist the lure of the pools, hot tubs and children's area and continue onto the beach you will find a complimentary beach service at your command. As a gift from us to you, there will be two chairs and an umbrella all set up and waiting for you to relax. In our condo you will find three extremely comfortable bedrooms with each having its own private bathroom. What a convenient and private way to allow yourself to unwind. There is a master bedroom where you will find a king size bed and a gulf view. Off the master bedroom there is a glorious master bathroom with its own private Jacuzzi, twin sinks, tiled shower and private toilet area. The second bedroom has a spacious king size bed also with its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds in a bunk bed layout. Of course, there is a private bathroom off this bedroom as well. In all, the condo sleeps eight people very comfortably. Needless to say, fresh, clean linens are provided for your convenience and comfort. I promise you that this will be a vacation you will be talking about for years to come. Without a doubt it is an experience of a lifetime! The accommodations were PERFECT for us. Mater bed was quite comfortable. The beach was great, and thank you so much for the inclusion of beach chairs.
Other than the commode issue which started again immediately after the repairman “fixed” it, we had a perfect stay.. I’d say I your unit and your communication with me were excellent

This property is very nice. We have stayed in multiple Azure condo and this one ranks at the top. Why? The new couches are great. I LOVE that they are not fabric. We had an excellent night sleep on the mattress in the master room. The kitchen dishes/supplies were good. If I could make any changes...remove all of the fake plants around the condo- they collect a lot of dust and look so old. The red fabric chair in the living space has stains and has an unpleasant appearance. The location is perfect and the parking situation is great as well. The situation with having to wear the bands at the pool was not enforced. The bigger deal was not being able to have a tervis or any insulated cup by the pool in the hot weather. The pool patrol people really enforce that. They only allow plastic commercial water bottles by the pool. We had a wonderful time and would rent this unit again. Recommending this to our friends.

Overall it was a nice stay. The condo is pretty as well as the entire complex. The floors did need to be mopped when we arrived but everything else was clean. The security is extremely strict and rude about enforcing the rules, even the ridiculous rules.

We really enjoyed our time in Okaloosa Island. The view the water, and the weather were amazing! The condo itself was great if I had to complain, it would be just from the noise from the tenants in the unit above us. The condo was clean except for underneath beds and under chairs which was an easy fix. The owner was very pleasant to deal with as well as the complex itself. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in this condo the week of July 4th, and it could not have been more perfect. We love staying at the Azure, and we have stayed in several units in the past. This second floor unit is perfect! The owners did a fantastic job of stocking the condo with necessities, and the room fit our needs perfectly! The unit was very clean upon arrival and ready on time. I highly recommend staying in this particular unit. If you have not visited Fort Walton Beach, you are missing out! It is the best for a relaxing, not overcrowded, but still close to everything vacay!

Our condo was well stocked and a great location, but overall was very dirty. Shame because it is a nice property, but whoever does the cleaning between renters just half assed it. It really needs closed for a day or two and deep cleaned, walls, under beds, behind furniture and that red chair needs to go.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The porch was large with a picnic table and other chairs, and the inside was very nice. The 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space, and the entire building was well-maintained. The pool does require you to wear wrist bands (provided in the condo), and they were fairly strict about keeping beverages out of the pool. We enjoyed the beach chairs each day, and the beach access is so easy. We would be happy to return to this condo!

We live in the area but wanted to join my brother's family staying at the beach. We enjoyed this unit and would stay there again. Being on second floor, where we could see over the dunes while relaxing on our deck, was a definite plus, and we liked having a stairwell and elevator near our front door. The layout of Azure allows only one access door to pool and beach, which was a fair walk for my husband with a cane, but we managed. The parking deck was easily accessible, using either the upper parking level, or taking elevator and hallway with cut through to ground level parking. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping, the Gulfarium, mini-golf, and an easy drive to Destin Harbor area or downtown Fort Walton Beach and Publix grocery store. All were appreciated by both of our families

Condo was very nice with plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to many things. The kids really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs as the weather didn’t permit swimming at the beach every day.

We met our adult children at Okaloosa Island to celebrate Thanksgiving. Azure 203 was an amazing condo and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend this listing to others, and plan to stay there again ourselves in the future.

The condo is not kid friendly at all. Every dish is breakable. No cleaning supplies. How does one not have a broom?
Our room says it came with chairs yet we had to pay to rent chairs. The chairs that we did rent were not even held for us. When we came back, they were taken. The chair guy said if we leave them it’s first come first serve. Very unhappy with this.

It was very easy to book this property. Everything was exactly as the photos showed. Lots of space for a family of 7. The 2 Pools and 2 Jacuzzi were nice and well kept. Easy to access to the beach with a handicap accessible ramp. After coming back from the beach this resort offered several ways to clean the sand off. The jetted tub in the Master Bath was nice to relax in. Had everything we needed to cook meals. We look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved this location and the whole entire process was problem free and easy. The condo was beautiful and accommodated our family of 5 and another family of 4 perfectly. The view was amazing, it was such an easy and short walk to the beach, and the kids loved the pool and splash pad! 100% recommend!

Comfortable unit with a couple issues.
Beautiful location. Property is well maintained. Quiet. Nice furniture updates. Comfortable mattresses. We stayed in this same property 3 years ago, and we would stay here again. Considering the large price increase, I would think there would be more cookware available - such as a possible pizza pan, microwave cookware, 13 x 9 pan. Nice balcony furniture - but a little too large to easily get past the table. Tub in 2nd bedroom does not drain very well during shower and that bathroom fan does not work. Could have used more washrags and also more than 2 kitchen towels. Parking garage is a problem for people who have roof-mounted luggage carriers as vehicles that do not fit the height criteria for "tall vehicle parking" were taking up the parking spots. We had to park in the other garage multiple times - requiring a longer walk to our condo. Azure needs to come up with a solution for the convenience of travelers with roof-mounted carriers. This was the same problem 13 years ago and 3 years ago when we stayed at Azure.
Overall it is a very comfortable unit and nice location in the building.
