Super Preis-/Leistungsvervältnis etwas abseits vom Trubel

- Tee, Kaffee, Wasser, Kekse am Morgen frei - Ruhiges Zimmer - sehr leise Klimaanlage, die auch nachts laufen kann - Wasser auf dem Zimmer - Gute Nähe zu 7-Eleven - Sehr bequeme Betten - Kleiderschrank + Kleiderbügel - Sehr sauber - sehr gutes WLAN

A good hotel, but be aware, not all rooms have windows.

The rooms and hotel are well presented. Everything is clean and in good order. The second room I had was excellent. Not so keen on the first room. The staff were helpful and moved me for the third night and onwards. The hotel is well positioned for the town.

The first room I stayed in, until I was able to move, had no window. I suffer from claustrophobia, so not good! This was not stated in the listing for the room. In fact, within the text, it stated it had a window.

Номер был очень потрепанный. Матрац промятый в середине, старый видимо, не удобный! Нет холодильника очень обламывает....

Déception

La literie était confortable. Juste à côté de la gare des bus.

La taille de la salle de bain (très petite). La salle de bain a besoin d'un bon coup de propre (voir photo pommeau de douche). La climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien et fait beaucoup de bruit. Le frigo est branché au circuit électrique général de la chambre donc quand la clé n'est pas dans le petit boîtier, pas d'électricité donc le frigo ne fonctionne pas la journée et les boissons ne restent pas fraîche pour quand on rentre à l'hôtel. Le premier jour, tout le linge sale de l'hôtel est resté au sol sur le palier du 1er étage devant ma porte et ce jusqu'au jour suivant. Impossible de profiter du balcon car le soufflerie de la climatisation donne sue celui-civet donc chaleur étouffante.

Would have extended our stay if we could!

The bed was soooo comfy! One of the comfiest we’ve had in the 4 weeks of our travels. Very reasonably priced, and the staff were lovely. Location was about 10 minutes walk to old town.

A good place to stay at when you're visiting Phuket

A very good hotel for the price. It’s pretty much right next to Phuket old town, so the location is great. Staff were friendly, the room was spacious and tidy, with a small balcony and a table with chairs, toiletries and water were provided.

La señora de recepción fue un amor, la atención fue muy buena y la habitación bastante espaciosa, pensamos que no teníamos refrigerador pero luego descubrimos que estaba dentro del armario, la ubicación es buena, esta cerca del old town por lo que puedes caminar unos 10 minutos o 20 minutos si quieres ir al terminal de buses que te llevan a las playas. El hotel igual está ubicado a una calle del terminal 1 el cual es donde tomas el bus desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

Había un sonido en la noche un poco molesto que creemos era una lavandería.

very nice cozy place! from the garden to lobby and room! I like the balcony very much, after long tours in Phuket it is very quiet and comfortable environment to relax on your vacation very nice staff and helpful very close to Phuket old town so we didn’t have to take a tour to see Phuket old town.

Hotel owner is very nice to arrange Indoor space of our bicycle parking. He even took initial to move our bike inside when we temporary parked it outside. He is always around and easy to reach for help.

wonderful city place to be

Exceptionally clean and I really liked and appreciate that. Close to everything, e.g. Old Town, but very quiet at night. Wonderfully friendly staff.

- big rooms with great AC - good location to bus terminal and city center

- no drinking water fountain - maintenance of facilities could have been a bit better; but overall very decent value for money!

Very good

Great value for the price, decent rooms and very close to old town so you can walk in. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too.

Sometimes there was no staff at reception even though it was during the hours they say they would be at reception and I had to call their mobile numbers a few times.

Room ok, but service is non existent

It is close to the Old Town so an easy walk.

Nobody in reception, we had to look for them in different buildings and this was uncomfortable as we had had a long tiring journey. The bathroom window could not be closed so the room got very hot also the insect mesh was broken so many many mosquitos in the room all night. The next day I asked reception for a taxi they said OK, 30 minutes later I came down and the lady looked surprised and picked up her phone, the guy put his hand on the phone and said closed no taxi! Why lie to me when they never made a call... they just wasted my time and told lies.... Very disappointed

Very close to old town, very close to a bus terminal. From airport just take the bus (unless big group use taxi) and then walk for 100 m. Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet room

Their proposal for taxi to boat pier was double than with Bolt. The shower head was full with calcium and the water sprayed everywhere. The water tap in the bathroom was loose. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy. Be aware, some rooms in the hotel don't have a window
