Ottima sistemazione.

A pochi minuti in macchina dalle bellissime spiagge di Chia, Tuerredda, Pula. Piccolo supermercato fornitissimo a pochi minuti a piedi. Appartamento ampio. ( il nostro con spaziosa terrazza), molto pulito, luminoso. A/C nelle due camere da letto, letti molto comodi, TV, parcheggio gratuito privato. Immerso nel verde, con vista sui vigneti. Ottima l'accoglienza e l'organizzazione da parte della Sig.ra Margherita che oltre ad essere sempre disponibile ci ha anche regalato della uva direttamente dai loro vigneti. 100% consigliatissimo.

Superb

Highly hospitable hosts, offering incredibly spacious and immaculate rooms. The ample space makes it ideal for accommodating large families. Moreover, the property boasts a generous terrace that overlooks the stunning mountains. Adjacent to the premises, there is a restaurant, while a superb store, considered the best in the vicinity, is conveniently located just a short distance away. Additionally, right behind the store, there is a delightful bistro where you can indulge in freshly baked croissants. The location itself is truly exceptional, as it is a mere 2 km away from the nearest beach, Monte Cogoni Beach, with other equally impressive beaches in close proximity. For added convenience, the house provides a secure fenced parking area. Regrettably, we experienced issues with the Wi-Fi during our stay.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, however, the internet was not so vital for us to start solving the issue :)

Wonderful

With our host we have had communicated as soon as the booking was done. It works well und we all know which we are able to expect. The host is very friendly and we get the figs and grapes as well as herbs daily directly from the garden/ fields.

Very good

You have the whole second floor of the villa with kitchen, balcony and bathroom

WIFI was very poor. It almost didn’t work after 8 p.m.

Big equipped house in Chia

It is a whole big house with plenty of space and facilities to cook and do laundry. 5 min from public bus stop and a market and restaurants.

It is further from the closest beaches than indicated on booking.com. About 20 min walk to the nearest beach. Wifi was switched off from late night till mid morning.

A nice place with gorgeous beaches nearby!

Super friendly host. She let us stay a bit longer and was inquiring about our stay frequently. The place had a nice terrace to enjoy the evening with a bottle of wine. The road to the beach is a bit far and there are cars passing by all the time, without a proper sidewalk, but overall these are very small details that do not disturb the vacation. Liked the place a lot!

No soap and insect net on the windows.

Delightful place

Pristine clean. Spacious. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. A small supermarket is walking distance away, about 300m by secure pavement lane. There is a quite nice restaurant just next door, bit pricey though. Thanx for the lovely homegrown tomatoes :)

Could be a bit closer to the sea but that is the character of the area nevertheless there is lots of spacious car parks 3-5€/day. The road nearby can be a bit noisy in high season.
