Great and calm place and the beach is just a stone's throw from your door
Great place, great people! Took my parents for their first trip on their 40th anniversary. First I didn't know what to expect because it had only few reviews (although good ones), but everything was simply great. Nice garden, lot of space, refridgerators (yes, plural) with enough space, kitchen, shower, air conditioning, free working wifi, plenty of space for parking, outside shower, privacy, olive trees around and really calm neighbourhood. The beach is literally like 100m from the villa so you don't have to drive and/or pay for parking. I was walking barefoot and the beach is really nice, you don't have to go to other more distant beaches if you don't want to. In the villa you will also find some sunbrellas so you can borrow it for the beach. Small shop is also in walkable distance. A nice restaurant is like 3 minutes of walking. For everything else you need a car. Definitely would return and also my parents were very pleased with the place. Also all people in Sardinia were really nice and friendly :)

Very nice house with an amazing yard and garden
The house is very nice, near the beach. Fast check in. The owner is nice and friendly. Amazing place to spend time with family and friends. the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Clean bathroom and clean and well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning worked well. Large and spacious yard and terrace as well

A very pleasurable place to spend time relaxing, with a great outdoor eating area, in between trips to beach.
Perfect location, close to beach. lovely outdoor space. great bedrooms and decor.
the WiFi was problematic at times. could have done with a few more kitchen utensils.

The location and the outside space; inside the house we also had what we needed.
On check-in, and during the first days of our stay, we had several technical problems with electricity, Internet, washing machine etc. Not an easy task the contact with the owners at first, who tried to deny the problems or to blame us. After some conversation and knowing each other better the situations were dealt with and the communication improved. At the end of our stay we decided to stay two more nights, due a to a change of plans, and the owners offered us the two nights. All things considered they are nice people, but they seem to ignore that they should provide the services and the comfort expected as soon as possible and no trying to put the blame on the clients. A work in progress I hope.
