awful place, owner not reliable

Nothing at all

The heating did not work. and the owner ignored my messages at first. After that, I had to wait an additional 3 hours in the flat for somebody to fix it. I completely lost 1 day of holiday. You can hear everything from neighbors as the walls are very thin. very expensive for what they offer

Magnífica estancia

La localización es perfecta, en pleno barrio judío y cerca tiene cualquier establecimiento que te puedas imaginar, sitios para comer, ruins bar, bk, etc. El alojamiento está preparado para cuatro personas, la parte de arriba no es para personas muy altas, pero está curiosa. Nosotros nos alojamos en el apartamento Tenesse, y estaba muy pero que muy bien. Leí en los comentarios que no estaba muy limpio, pero no he encontrado ni una sola pelusa ni nada sucio. Súper atentos y nos dieron muy buenos consejos. Estaban pendientes de cualquier detalle, hicieron la estancia muy agradable.

La ubicación de la aplicación no se corresponde con la correcta.

Удобно и приятно

Местоположението е много добро. Удобно за градски транспорт, пазаруване и разглеждане на забележителности. Чувствахме се точно като местни хора.

В стаята няма много дневна светлина. Дори в слънчев ден двата прозореца не са достатъчни до осветят добре стаята и използването допълнително осветление е належащо.

Wirkt mit den Schlüsseln ein wenig unsicher - preislich top

Lage war Top, gemütliches Apartment

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft kein Schlüssel vorhanden (wurde möglicherweise gestohlen?), hatten daraufhin sofort den Besitzer kontaktiert, der hätte ca 30-45 Minuten gebraucht, um Personal zu schicken mit dem Ersatzschlüssel für das Haupttor. Hatten Glück und ein Bewohner ließ uns hinein, von dort aus kamen wir zu dem Schlüsselsafe und ins Appartement

Akafca 16 flat

Location was excellent, however the whole distrinct and bulding was not so clean and it is not for families.

1.The flat was not clean and very dark. The building smells awfully and its dirty, it is not a place for families. It seems the picture on web is greatfully lighted in nice photo sw.

Good stay near the center of Budapest 👌

The location of the apartment is close to the city center, there are many restaurants and groceries around. If you travel by train, then it's approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station. The keys are easy to pick up by using a 4-digit PIN, which is sent to you by the apartment's staff. The keys are locked in a safe next to the apartment's door. The apartment is the same as in the pictures. It's also air conditioned!

Nothing really surprised me, I expected something like that. I went on a trip with my friends, so we've been outside the apartment all day long. It's nice for people that wanna have an apartment mainly for sleepovers.

Pleasant

Good location.

It was too complicated to communicate with the host due to an error in the booking.com chat. Check-in details came later than the check-in time. There was an issue with the water boiler when I arrived and apparently, they knew about it.

No Parking facilities. Parking in a nearby garage was as expensive as the price of the room

The entrance of a bulding with grage very bad smell,entrance door like you are going to jail Very difficult to find parking i paid 20$ approximatly for 6 hours only not recomended The instruction to enter the apartment is like a mazz

Nice apartment near centre

Big apartment with all amenities, high ceilings, kitchen available

The downstairs neighbours were incredibly rude and kept banging on our door saying we were stomping around when we were just walking.

Budapest accomodation

Location, size of property, very spacious. Very clean. Nice design. Good communication from customer service via instant messaging.

The following are details not dislikes. Not a didnt like, just to note that property was on top floor, flights of stairs to access. Not an issue for us could be for others. Property is older style, once again not a dislike, nicely designed and spacious. Additional towels could be helpful for longer stays, however we may have been able to request these when customer service checked in on our stay but we didn't.

Poor hygiene and subpar building standards, good location

The space was used up well. The location was great, near metro, trams, and buses. The small kitchen was well equipped. There were a number of lights that we could use at different times of the day.

The smell was awful right from entering the building, we went up to our room in hopes of an odour free experience - we fooled ourselves, the apartment had an unpleasant smell of mould. Moreover, it seemed to have been cleaned with dirty mops or cleaning equipment, especially the bathroom. It took us many hours to air out the apartment slightly. We had to buy an air freshener ourselves. We weren't happy about the late check-in, albeit it was half an hour, we stood around waiting for the room to be cleaned for its cleanliness standard to be subpar. We found hairs and dust scattered around the apartment. The bin in the bathroom was never emptied after the previous guests, so we had to improvise. The air conditioning remote was nowhere to be found, so we could not use it and had our windows open nonstop. Although the location was great for transport, the apartment building is between restaurants and there was a clear smell of cooked food throughout the day. We informed the owner about the room smell, dirt, lack of AC remote etc. on the first day, but at that point they did not respond anymore.

Close to the centre of town.

Clean and tidy but only one key with a gate and two locked doors to go through making it difficult with a group of 4 friends. Hot water was on and off.

Cosy flat in central location

Central location, cosy, nice bed and couch, a lot of space, comfortable, separated toilet from the bathroom, caring hosts, excellent WIFI. Extra safe feeling because of the bars on entrance door. Good price.

It would be perfect if there would be wine opener in the flat for forgetful people like us. 🙃 Other than that, perfect accomodation, highly recommend!
