The rooms are clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The fact that is about 20 minutes from the city centre is a big bonus. Commuting is convenient with the bus stop and metro just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Everything was great, but extending the bistro's hours until 11:00 PM would be highly convenient for late-arriving guests looking for a quick snack or coffee.

It's a nice room. The spa has nice staff. Large pool, jacuzzi, everything is separate and there is enough space for everyone in the spa. The breakfasts were excellent.
When I checked into the hotel, the receptionist didn't tell me where to go, where the lift was, what floor it was on. The receptionist Mihalo was muttering to himself and speaking quietly, and I had to ask for all the information. After checking in, I came to the restaurant hungry, and a waiter met me there with a question on his face: "Why did you come here? He spoke quietly and not clearly. Everything else was great.
