Spa facilities were excellent. Room was spacious and had all the amenities that we would expect. Bathroom was well kitted out and nicely designed. The staff on the front desk were pleasant, polite, and always fulfilled our request. We also visited in the summer heatwave, and the air conditioning of the hotel was very nice.
I felt the location of the hotel was a little bit out of the centre of Budapest, so it could take a little while longer for you to get there from the airport if you're flying in. I also felt the prices in the rooftop bar were expensive for the food/drinks you got.

A beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are air-conditioned, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Most of Budapest’s main attractions are within walking distance (around 1 km or more), so we didn’t really need public transport.
Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
On the downside, prices are high – Budapest is definitely not the affordable destination it once was. The spa area could use a little more attention and privacy, and some of the loungers show visible wear and peeling. One small tip: at breakfast, order your coffee rather than using the coffee machine – it’s much better!
