Superb

Very good location and lovely and quiet. The owners very helpful with additional info like parking etc

Loved it but some travelers may need to be think about the fact that no lift so suitcases need to be carried up a couple of flights of stairs

It was the most excruciating stay in my life.

Most beautiful design , and clean apartment when I have arrived I was impressed. Although bedroom curtains not working properly needs some TLC, therefore was not possible to block early morning light. *Yet I should have payed more attention to the details,I mean the EARPLUGS!!!! During the day it is okey. I came for work as highly trained specialist dealing with high precision and detailed work requiring highest degree of focus and a good night sleep was paramount. Since there is not only “club” downstairs. There is also a late night pub in the same yard. The noise from all those international drunks horrible. *The club downstair with the most horrible trashy music and people. AND it operates throughout the week. On the last night which was Wednesday the whole house was vibrating until 2:30 am. *Earplugs which kindly provided are no help whatsoever. It was the most excruciating stay in my life. *This stay is not designed for any professionals who would like a good night sleep.

Perfect location.

Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes to House of blackheads, less than 10 minutes to Freedom monument.

very comfortable , bright , modern apartment . I recommend to everyone

Of the pluses I want to note a comfortable bed, a large kitchen, a dishwasher. Very good location, right in the center of Riga.

Of the minuses is: Warm water in the shower ends quickly (literally 5 minutes) and there is no water. In the evenings it is noisy due to the club or cafe on the ground floor.

Superb

We were already in Riga and needed somewhere urgently as AirBnB let us down, booked this, called the host for entry instructions (which I'm sure wouldn't have been necessary for an advance booking) and were in within 15 minutes. Would have stayed there for the rest of our trip if it had been available, highly recommended 👍

Exceptional

The apartment was clean, large, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The lady who welcomed us could not have been more helpful. The location was absolutely great for the Christmas Market and exploring around old town and bus/tram routes are close. If flying into Riga use bus route 22 from the airport at a cost of just over a euro instead of a taxi as they take detours and also charge a big rate from the airport (around 45 euro) The entrance to the building and stairs look a bit concerning and I did question my choice when first climbing the stairs but as soon as the door opened it was just amazing. The sofa bed is large and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.

The noise from the bar downstairs woke me a few times over the weekend but earplugs were provided and helped.

good accommodation for a weekend Riga.

location middle in Oldtown. spacious living area.

bathroom is small, with tiny bath and a bit of a flimsy shower. there seems tot be no temperature controle is the apartment, so in our case the temperature was quite high in the bedroom.

Great apartment for a city-break Riga

The apartment has a small kitchen, but nothing fancy. A lot of eating places, and a little supermarket 150mtrs away gives you. all you need. Parking is possible close by.

The temperature of the room is difficult to arrange. Bathroom heating turns automatically off after a few hours. And we couldn't find the heating for the apartment. Probably there is central heating of the house. There is a bar downstairs which plays live music, and if you are a light sleeper, this can annoy you. I didn't annoy us, but we sleep deeply.

very nice stay in historic centre of town

the best location possible. the building itself is historic. walking tour is a 3 minute walk, central market takes about 10 minutes. good for 3-4 persons. host is easily available to answer your queries. stay here without any hesitation

Just excellent 10/10 clutching at straws to find anything negative. Location and house AMAZING.

The location was absolutely perfect everything was within a 5 minute walk and most things were under 5mins away The apartment was enormous and just beautifully presented first thing we did is call everyone we know on FaceTime - We felt privileged to stay there! We arrived after 10pm and were able to access plus collecting keys was simple and instructions sent day before were very detailed Little bit of general info. is from our experience Latvians stay awake late and get up late everything opens late in the morning we found most things open at 10am even on Saturday so made the most of a bit of a lie in in the comfy beds

This didn’t bother us but because the location is so great you are in this little small square and there is 3 of the best bar/ restaurants there as mentioned before Latvians stay up late so you can hear noise but they provide earplugs in the drawers and neither of us were bothered at all we slept like logs - I’d just hate for someone else to rate this poorly because they were expecting complete silence at night One thing that would have been appreciated is some shampoo in the bathroom there was some shower gel but when you are away for a long weekend it is really helpful to have some where you stay so you don’t have to use up liquid allowance and limited hand luggage space or buy when out there

Disappointing

Great decoration and facilities.

Terrible smell, terrible noise from various bars and clubs in the building and in the courtyard, bad curtains for obfuscating light in the bedroom.

Awesome Apartment im the heart of Riga

The interior is just great, everything super nice. The apartment is right in the heart of the city center and everything is literally less then 5 mins by walk.

We had two apartments so it was a bit of a challenge with the 4 key boxes to figure out everything. But everything is very well prepared. The curtains in the living room do not Blick the light so you must bring a sleeping mask or you’ll be awakening with the sun in the morning :)

Perfect apartment for a city break!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, could have easily stayed for longer than a few days. Really spacious, in a great location and lots of bars nearby. Would recommend!
