Location was great! Furniture, colors, discount cupons for meals downstairs were great. The appartment in general had everything we needed in that moment.

Wifi was not working good all the time. Toalet seat as well toalet bowl weren't clean. Toalet seat was sticky and wet when we came in, toalet bowl had sand in it. There was problem with warm water on the shower as well. Preasure of warm water was weak.

Very nice place to stay in Rīga old town.

We really liked the apartment. It was so nice and spacious. Very nicely planned and decorated. The apartment manager helped me with some stuff I needed and answered my questions quickly.

Parking. Found a free spot and I was mindblown by the price I had to pay. Luckily I found free parking space few hours later and it was only 15 minutes walk to the apartment.

Very central flat - convenient location but also quite loud at night

The communication from the host was great and self-check-in was easy to do. The photos helped us to find the apartment. The main bedroom had a really comfortable bed and the flat was really clean.

The apartment sleeps 4, but once the sofa bed is in use, there is not much room in the kitchen/living room. Our children found the sofa bed uncomfortable and it wasn't made when we arrived, so we had to work out how to do it (in fairness, this was easy). The flat is very central, so you can hear singing from the square downstairs in the evening (until 23:00)

The location is very central. Everything is at walking distance.

Very noisy during the night. Saturday night we were not able to sleep until 3 o'clock in the night. The room with the kitchen is very small with only a very small table. We booked for 3 persons but got only 2 chairs. Not very comfortable or pleasant if you want to eat with 3 persons on one table.

Location is good. Apartment is cozy and clean.

Loud music coming straight from restaurants. Bad smell from sewage. Really bad. Water pump is low.

It was great until i found used face towels have not been replaced after previous guests

Location was very nice, in the very heart of old town. Convenient self check in.

Unfortunately in the morning (we stayed for one night) i found that face towels have not been replaced after previous guests. They were damp and stained with cosmetic (seemed like powder or foundation). Also the water pressure in the shower was poor.

Excellent location in a beautiful city

Got a message in advance letting us know how to enter the department and there was also a person outside, in case there were any problems. Everything was really good - clean, well provided for apartment and an excellent location. Right in the middle of town and great to see life just carrying on. Easy to walk everywhere and for travel further afield, the trains and busses are ridiculously cheep.

At times the WiFi seemed to drop out, or was other than strong, but connected direct, so not a big problem

Fantastic, location, communication couldnt of been better!

Amazing location, friendly staff with easy to follow self check in instructions! they went above and beyond to help me surprise my boyfriend who’s birthday was the reason for the trip. Will be back in future 🤩

Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Easy to find apartments. The design of the apartments is modern and has everything you need for your stay. The host responds quickly to requests.

The apartment where I was settled was not cleaned - dirty surfaces, hair in the bed, a broken picture in the room and the apartment did not correspond to reality - for 4 people there was a double bed and a small sofa in the guest room (which was half the size indicated). the host solved the problem by offering another apartment for the second couple, but staying in the first one was not pleasant.

There were no tea towels, sponge or any wiping cloth in the kitchen.

Clean and good location but Wi-Fi is poor and room is hot

it’s a small apartment, it has the cook, fridge, fan. It’s August, a fan is still not that perfect because the room is easy to being warm, I got hot during the stay. The Wi-Fi seems shared by hundreds of people, it got so slow before 11pm, I can’t view any video smoothly. I don’t know there is not towel, not sure if I missed the info. The room is clean and shower is smooth. But overall, I won’t choose this next time.

Central location and the overall cleanliness

Live music during the early hours in the morning was a bit irritating. But then again one can book a room from somewhere else than from the middle of the oldtown.

Lovely place, brilliant location, service could be better.

The location of this place is absolutely amazing, above the Colonel restaurant, overlooking the lovely square in the middle of the old town. We also really liked the design and feel of the room. Modern furnishings, nice bathroom.

We had a few problems that weren't dealt with very well. The external breakfast place was closed in the morning, due to covid regulations. That is ok, we understand, but it would have been nice if we had been informed beforehand, so we didn't have to rock up there expecting breakfast only to be sent away with 'we are closed'. When we informed the owners they said 'you have booked your apartment without breakfast' although our confirmation clearly said it was included. We were supposed to get the wifi code from the TV, but the TV didn't work(which is fine, we don't need TV when we're on holiday, but we did want to go on the wifi for a bit, to arrange some things for the rest of the holiday), so we asked the owners for the code but never got a reply.
