The. complex was nice, location good but the toilets were so low especially for seniors.

The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything anyone would need for a stay. The MB king bed was very comfortable. The mountain view off the patio was awesome, the condo was only steps away from walking trails, and the pool area was lovely. Finally, how wonderful to have such accommodating and cheerful owners! Angie was wonderful to work with!

This condo was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and a great set up. The pool was really nice, large, and never busy. Location was close to great restaurants, hiking, and golf. Only about 20 mins from the airport, very easy drive. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Very quiet area. This property fit my little family perfectly. It was exactly as shown as online and very clean. Angie was absolutely amazing and easy to work with. Next time we come back to AZ this will def be the place we stay.

The coffee maker does not have an auto off feature and we suggest the owner change that for safety reasons.

As if August in Arizona isn’t hot enough, records were set almost daily while we sheltered in this comfortable condo. Although it was frustrating not to be able to go outdoors, the view from the condo to the mountains uplifted our spirits. The owner was very attentive when minor glitches occurred. Her instructions were clear and the condo was well equipped for our needs. We would be happy to return.

The location was convenient to a lot of things. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub area. It is a fantastic place to stay. The manager is very responsive. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

This rental is in a great location and the pictures accurately reflect the condo. Most importantly, when there was an issue with the air conditioning, the owner quickly responded and corrected the problem.

I needed a place to get away that was quiet and relaxing and this was the place! The condo was spotless and the location at the back of the complex provided me with a beautiful view from the patio. We swam every day in the pool, which was beautifully landscaped, clean, and well-kept. Shopping and good food was close by and the neighborhoods surrounding us were very nice and safe. I was able to truly unwind.

Nice, clean, wee appointed property. condo was very accurately represented by listing photos. Angie was very responsive..maybe the best ever. Condo is located in a nice complex and is far away from street noise and backs up to open space with nice views of mountains.

We were planning a visit to Phoenix area and came across this VRBO listing. What a great find! The whole stay was lovely. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. The condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, and it gave us some space to stretch out in after a long car ride together. We also really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and exercise room. We definitely recommend this property!

Angie was VERY communicative and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We had to tweak our travel plans a couple of times and she made what concessions she could, even a very last minute request. We were aware of the basic cable available and remedied that by simply bringing a $29 Amazon Firestick allowing us access to all our smart TV options. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We've stayed at the Bella Terra many times before so we were very familiar with the property and neighborhood. We will most DEFINITELY stay in this unit again - Angie was a dream to work with and it was a fabulous stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Angie's place. She was excellent with her instructions and very quick in communicating with us while we were there. The location was fantastic and the complex is quiet and very clean. We would definitely chose to stay again!
