About this condo rental
Situated in Paradise Valley, this lovely condo for $109 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Thank you for visiting our site. This newly renovated 1 bedroom unit is in North Scottsdale near Paradise Valley, in a quiet and relaxing community. We are centrally located in the complex, away from the traffic noise, with desert mountain views from the patio. The complex has a pool, Jacuzzi, and gym room with treadmill and HD TV. The resort style pool area is equipped with 2 BBQ grills. We are steps to walking, jogging and biking trails at the edge of the complex that go for miles through Stone Creek, and less than a mile to Orange Tree, Stone Creek and Camelback Golf Courses. Mountainside Fitness is right across the street, with access, programs and activities for a fee. We are just blocks from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and other grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The condo has a king size bed and a full sofa bed. Stainless steel appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave in the fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washer and dryer are also included. We have cable TV and Wifi for those nights when you just want to take it easy. Our condo sleeps up to 4 guests total. There is a single car garage for the secure parking of one vehicle. The garage is #31 and just steps from the stairs to our 2nd floor unit. For convenience, additional surface parking is also available. We have provided most of the things we could think of for a home away from home and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Summer guests reimburse electricity cost.

Our condo was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay at Bella Terra. The condo was just as described. It was very clean, perfect location to the pool, very quiet and most of all a great space for our time in Scottsdale. We enjoyed every minute of our time and found the neighbors in the condo community to be very friendly! Our condo was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay at Bella Terra. The condo was just as described. It was very clean, perfect location to the pool, very quiet and most of all a great space for our time in Scottsdale. This is a beautiful property! It was very clean when we arrived. It is in a great location close to a grocery store, gas stations, and lots of restaurants. My family and I are hoping to come back again soon!

We loved our condo stay. The pool is fantastic. Only thing I would suggest is that the owner needs to include silverware and other necessities in the kitchen. Also, a hair blower needs to be provided. These days, most people don't pack their blowers since most places provide them. We had a great time there. Would consider returning.

Worth an extended stay.
Very comfortable condo. Well maintained. Just a few small issues with kitchen utensils quIckly resolved by owner. Very accommodating. Very convenient location to excellent restaurants, attractions and golf courses. Would considering for repeat booking.

Overall great stay
Overall, I was favorably pleased and would recommend this property. The property is as advertized and a great place to stay. Quiet and close to the pool area. Big size for a 1 bedroom. I liked that the dining area had windows on 2 sides. Well furnished and TV and internet were good. the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, although the cutlery was a bit low. The fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer worked well. We didn't cook there at all, so can't comment on the stove, microwave and cookware. The garage is a nice addition. We didn't park in it but we could store our golf clubs there. The owner was quick to respond when contacted.
As for shortcomings, the code to get in had not been sent requiring me to contact the owner. He sent me the code as soon as he got my message. There were dishes in the dishwasher and items in the wash machine when we arrived. One of the blinds in the dining area and the verticals at the sliding door were damaged when we got there, and the door battery being low set off the home monitor alert but the owner quickly fixed them. This is why I knocked of a star for each of cleanliness and check-in.

The condo was just perfect for my stay. King size bed super comfy! Loved reading on the balcony in the afternoon and the pool was a lovely place to cool off on the hot days.

Lovely Stay
We enjoyed our stay in this property. Very quiet complex. Nice pool area with hot tub, gas grills and waterfall feature. The wash just beside the complex has a pathway suitable for walking or biking.
Condo was comfortable and hummingbirds visited deck evening and morning. Bed was good and kitchen had all required utensils etc.
Location is great, close to groceries, Costco and good restaurants.

Exposed fluorescent tubing, lack of essential paper and cleaning products, needs updating
Had to make 2 calls to get entry code, trouble starting and draining dishwasher, clock didn’t work, blinds in dinette didn’t work. There was toilet paper and a partial roll of paper towels, no tissues. There was a partial Lysol all purpose spray, no other cleaning products or broom or vacuum.
We took pictures of contents of drawers in kitchen and garbage can, they were disgusting. We washed everything before using.
We have used VRBO numerous times and never had a situation like this. Very, very disappointing.

Deposit used to replace previously stained items
This was our first experience using HomeAway and most likely our last. We stayed a week in early April. We liked the location with easy access to the freeway, the pool area was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Upon entering, we immediately noticed some rather large stains on the carpeting. We thought that we aren't staying at 4 or 5 star accommodations so we can't expect perfection. The next thing we thought odd was when we went to bed and the sheets had some small brownish spots/stains. They seemed clean so again, we thought that this was the trade off we made for saving money by not staying in a hotel. I thought perhaps they were rust stains that sometimes happen when using chlorine bleach. My husband then found more such spots the next morning on his bath towel which confirmed my suspicion. In retrospect, we should have complained immediately but being our first experience with renting from a private owner, we didn't want to seem like whiners. All of this to say that when it came time to return our deposit, the owner claimed we had caused the stains and bought himself some new sheets and towels on us. We complained profusely but the last thing he said was he was surprised we didn't complain about the spots. Made us wonder if we had been the first renters to be naive enough to stay quiet and he could therefore use our deposit to replace his obviously well-worn linens. A rather sour end to a pleasant stay in Scottsdale.

We really Enjoyed the Condo! The condo was very quite, clean and the pool was great we went swimming every day we where there. I highly recommend. The owners were very responsive in communication both before the rental as well as during the rental.

Considering the price of the condo , it could have been a little better equipt.
Was not aware it was on the second floor without an elevator. There wasn't a broom or vacuum or mop for tiding up. But it was otherwise well equipt and the owner did quickly respond to immediate concerns like wifi, key problems etc.
I have heard nothing yet about the security deposit...

Amazing
The condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. I am super picky and a clean freak,so when I find a place as beautiful as this,I can honestly recommend it to others. The air conditioner was amazing and super easy to use. The bed was perfect, not too soft, not too hard, just heavenly. The pool area was like an oasis,super clean and big enough to actually swim in. Having a garage was great as it was really hot. The only thing I could sort of complain about was there where no numbers on the buildings so it took a bit to find. Conveniently located and super easy to get to the highways. Can't wait to book again!!

Very Happy With Condo, Owners, Complex & Scottsdale Area
We only had a 3-night stay (and regretted that we hadn`t booked longer as we left) for our 1st vacation to the Scottsdale area, before moving on to other regions in the sourthwest. The condo was well-equipped and laid-out. Everything was as advertised in their listing and it quickly felt like home. We had to do some work while on the road and the Wi-Fi Internet service in the condo was excellent....usually a big disappointment at most other condos we`ve been to. The owners were quick with responses & solutions to the few queries we had. The Bella Terra is a beautiful, picturesque, very well-maintained facility. We`d debated staying closer to downtown, but in the end were glad we chose here for this 1st time. The grounds were golf-course green and the pool featured several towering palm trees surrounding the area. Soaking in the hot tub and gazing out over the pool area - especially at night - got us into a super relaxing vacation mode. There are some nice walking areas around the complex. Shopping and restaurants were nearby via car (loved the owners recommendation of Z'Tejas for a tasty, casual meal, and Fry`s was our go-to grocery store). Downtown Scottsdale was an easy, direct 15-20 minute drive and we enjoyed afternoon drinks by the water at Tapas Papa Frita, after strolling the streets and shops. We didn`t have the time to check-out many adventures in the Scottsdale area, but did spend a half-day at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and thoroughly enjoyed our first taste of desert hiking. Overall, a great short trip and we definitely hope to return someday.

Perfect!
This condo was amazing! We stayed for an entire week. It had everything we wanted and needed. It was in a great location, and was very clean and had all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable and the livingroom very cozy. The pool was amazing and very clean. The owner was very nice and responded very promptly to any concerns we had. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody and would love to come back here.

Lovely property in Scottsdale
We enjoyed our stay at Bella Terra and look forward to returning for a longer period of time next year. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped and the grounds lovely and well maintained. Unit management was terrific in responding to questions and concerns. The location was perfect for us - a reasonable drive to the homes of family and friends as well as the Peoria Stadium. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away as are golf courses.
All in all, an enjoyable getaway.

Great condo, Comfortable, Clean, Well furnished - Made for a Wonderful Stay
This was a perfect condo for my stay for 3 weeks. It was located in a great location on Shea near Tatum and Scottsdale Road. I enjoyed the exercise facility and the swimming pool. The unit was comfortably decorated and had all the appliances I could use and more. The owner was extremely responsive to my needs when anything arose. I enjoyed 3 wonderful weeks in this unit. I would return and I recommend it to others.

Very good overall experience.
We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Bell Terra complex. Our one bedroom condo was perfect for our needs, and just as advertised. It was well equipped, modern, clean, and quiet.The bed was very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The common areas including the pool, were all well maintained. The private garage was a bonus for golf club/car storage.
The location of the complex was terrific, with easy access to multiple options of shopping, (Fry's, Whole Foods), golf, (Orange Tree, Stone Creek, Camel Back), walking/hiking and major highways. Downtown Scottsdale and Kierland Commons were both a short drive away offering many restaurant and shopping choices.
We would recommend this property for a couple who want escape the winter and enjoy what Phoenix/Scottsdale have to offer.
