We stayed at this cottage for 9 days. We were very pleased with the location, the decor and condition of the property. We really enjoyed having an upstairs living room off of the master bedroom, which opened up to a balcony overlooking the pool below. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage!!

The overall appearance of the cottage was nice. Very spacious for my family of four. Loved the patio and our private pool! Disappointed that our dishwasher didn't work. It was unable to close securely. I called to have someone repair it and was told they would send someone out. However no one ever came out. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the property pool is very nice. It is a great place to stay if you want to go to Disney or Universal, but would prefer not to stay on Disney property. There is a small water park that you can take a shuttle to that is on property. It was okay...something to do for one day.

When we checked in I couldn't believe how clean our cottage was and how amazingly spacious it was. I booked this house for my 60 th birthday and brought one of my friends. We spent every day out at the pool. I recommend having the pool heated. It made it an even better stay to hop in a pool in the morning without going inch by inch. It was nicely located near the resort so just a quick walk over there. We took Ubers at night to go to dinner and went to Disney Springs which was a short Uber drive. All in all 10/10 and can't wait to come back.

The home was plenty large for our party of 5. Great view from the patio and upper balcony. A couple chairs on the upstairs balcony would be useful. Powerful water pressure from the showerheads, but could use handhelds. No full length mirrors in the bedrooms, which would be nice to have. No bugs were seen throughout our stay. Yay! Beautiful decor, but upholstered ivory kitchen chairs were stained. Not very nice to look at. Some of the paint touch ups along the baseboard molding were done really poorly...fyi. The bath towels could really use replacing! Very old, dingy and worn out. Could use more of them as well. Couple add a couple more pieces of artwork on the walls. Pool wasn't the cleanest, but not too bad. Location was ok, but did feel we were a little far from all the parks. But overall we had a very nice stay. I would recommend to a friend if all the changes/additions were made.

We stayed in a cottage 3008 Parrot Head to be exact. It was comfy clean and exactly the type of environment we were looking for to relax. The only downside was the description said there was a hot tub and I asked the agent when booking about a hot tub and was told there was one but there wasn’t.

Our vacation rental was great. The only disappointment was one of the king rooms the bed was broken but maintenance came to fix it when we asked them to the day after we checked in. The pool was dirty and looked like the catch basin hadn’t been cleaned in months. We had no extra toilet paper, soap, paper towels or trash bags. Only what was already in there and 1 extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Over all it was clean and a great visit.

The house was lovely, beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was heated, as we had asked. I have no complaints whatsoever. This home is within walking distance to the main pool. However, there is a shuttle for those who do not wish to walk.

This was our second stay at 3008 Parrot Head Place. We find the value to be great, between the amenities and space and the cottage, the access to the hotel's amenities, proximity to groceries and distance to WDW. The house was in good condition and the small issues were addressed quickly. The on-property restaurants are limited and nearby restaurants can be very busy so meal planning can be time consuming. We will return to the Margaritaville cottages and would stay at this specific home again.

The pictures did not do this cottage justice. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The Margaritaville Resort is perfectly located close to everything but still offers a calm and relaxing environment. Checking in was quick and efficient thanks to Annette. They even started our vacation off with rum punch. Disney was indeed magical but so was our stay in Margaritaville Cottages!

I will definitely be staying again and I definitely recommend! The only thing I can complain about is the day we checked out they turned our air off by 7am (it was already over 80 degrees and the humidity was above 80%) and it was very uncomfortable packing up and getting everything together to check out, which wasn’t until 11am. We were out by 8am because we had to catch our flight but we probably would’ve left early anyway. So if that was their objective, to get their guest out as early as possible then they succeeded but failed when it came to keeping your guest comfortable and happy through there whole stay!
