Location was great, about the best you could expect from a "value" hotel
Lighting in the room was poor

Good breakfast (the usually served by the hotels in the area). The hotel is located in an avenue full of restaurants and other business, so very good location also near Walt Disney World Resort.

Nice breakfast. Near Disney World.
Very old, out-dated room, rusty lamps, old carpet, old and damaged arm chair. Bathroom was clean but cleanliness of the room (under the bed, drawers, corners, lamps, door etc) should be improved.
