Location, breakfast and rooftop pool.

Extra pillows provided but not comfortable; For the price paid - bed not made nor sheets changed; and no water bottles in room not provided.

Bra rum med sköna sängar men tyvärr ganska dålig service

Sköna sängar, god frukost och bra läge.

Vi hade betalat extra för ett större rum med en större säng men fick ett vanligt standardrum när vi checkade in. Som tur var fick vi byta sen och det var tur att det fanns ett sånt rum ledigt, men det hade missats helt vid bokningen. Väldigt dåligt att inte frukosten ingår i priset. När vi kom ner på frukosten var det fullt och vi blev istället hänvisade till ett totalt omysigt konferensrum längre bort från frukosten, där vi dessutom satt helt ensamma. Kändes väldigt märkligt att behöva sitta där borta istället för att be oss att vänta lite tills något bord var ledigt. När vi bad om att få boka av frukosten istället (ovärt att betala för att sitta där) så fanns det helt plötsligt bord.

Feel at home

good location, friendly staff. Our luggage was delayed due to flight. Thank you to the hotel for kindly helping us to receive our luggage so that we can continue our trip with confidence.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und sammelten schöne Eindrücke.

Das vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet, die Hintergrundmusik, die entspannte Atmosphäre, die coole Einrichtung, die vielseitigen Sitzgelegenheiten, die Roof-top Bar und der Spa-Bereich "The Nest" sowie das gesamte Service-Personal.

Fehlender Stauraum im Zimmer, hohe Extrakosten für den Spa-Bereich für Hotelgäste, zu niedrige Raumtemperatur im Erdgeschoss.

Cosy, friendly and central

Everything. From the first moment (the provide us early check in without any additional fee), to the last moment. Clean, big, cosy room. Location of the hotel is wonderful, very near to most of the attraction points.

Overall pleasant.

The hotel is well-located and comfortable. One of the front desk employees was especially accommodating, making me an espresso because the cafe hadn't opened yet and giving me the password for a secondary WiFi (problems with the first). They also let me check in early (for a small fee.)

The Wifi was consistently poor. To be fair, I was unwilling to pack up and move into another room between my two nights because it was the end of my visit to Sweden and I was tired of packing and unpacking, so maybe the connection in another room would have been better. There was not laundry service on the weekend (I didn't see this on the website and could have used some laundry done) and even though I arrived early Friday, I missed the pickup time. (Before 10am). Their solution was to suggest someplace I could go ask, but again, I was too tired to run errands with so little time remaining.

Amazing design hotel in the middle of Stockholm

- Amazing location - Very comfortable beds - Great ambiance

- Service not personalized. I stayed in this hotel for at least 5 times, and everytime i get asked if this is my first time in the hotel :)

Great stay!

Everything! Beautiful hotel and nice and friendly staff.

My room was next to the elevator. The noise of persons walking by in the hallway was not that nice if you try to sleep.

Downtown Camper is a trendy hotel and very centrally located for a city-trip to Stockholm. You can easily explore the city on foot. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, and also good lunch/dinner options. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It's a bit busy: queue in the morning for breakfast, necessary to make a reservation for wellness/pool on rooftop.

Stylish hotel in a great central city location. Comfortable. Excellent breakfasts. Urban camper theme is cute. Nice top level gym, lounge, pool.

Excellent hotel / perfect for working too

Absolutely great location if you dont have a car, super close to everything, with a mall next door and tons of scooters to rent outside. We were working during our stay and the wifi was super fast. Loved that the hotel had activities for the guests, like skating, sound meditation, yoga (many of them for free). Room quite big - overall loved this hotel.

Fun stay!

Location was nice! Comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!! The rooftop spa was a great experience.

The room was a little warm but there were fans available which made it much more comfortable.

Comfortable, nicely located and delicious breakfast

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast selection was great and good!

The shower was hard to manage - getting in and out was tricky and the shower head kept moving and spraying out. No place to hang to dry more than one towel in bathroom. Wish there was an option to get a grab and go breakfast in early morning like 4:30-5am

I would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.

Breakfast was always great. Location was better than expected. Staff were exceptional. Everyone was helpful and ready to provide directions and maps, as well as suggestions about what to see with children.

Wake up calls not offered. I purchased a travel alarm across the street and it became a non-issue.

Everything was really great! The breakfast was amazing, the beds so comfy:) and the position downtown is excellent:) every single staff person was so nice! Congrats!

Exceptional

It was a very nice stay at Downtown Camper by Scandic. Excellent location with easy access to T-centralen station. Breakfast is available till 12pm. Friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are clean.

Nice stay

The location was perfect, the hotel was pretty funky and offered many activities. The room was comfortable and we absolutely loved the huge window seat.

We have chosen this hotel because it had a gym although it was tiny and always packed and unavailable in the mornings so we ended up paying a few days membershio at a gym nearby.

Outstanding Location

Fantastic location - even better than I had thought. Once I saw both areas I was so glad booked here instead of something charming in Gamla Stan. Main pedestrian shopping street right out the back door, mall right out the front door. Metro and tram stop a block away, airport train and central station a short walk. Gamla Stan (the old town) the palace, City Hall, Kingsgarden all an easy walk. Quick tram ride to Vasa Museum, Skansen and the History Museum. Lots of shops and restaurants right at hand. Two supermarkets and the state liquor store right inside the Metro entrance. Comfy bed and surprisingly spacious room with an upholstered chair and lamp for reading.

Deep and very slippery tub with a high wall to climb over and the grab bar in the wrong place!!! Air conditioning lacking and the window cannot be opened more than 2 inches. They did give us a fan. The lobby coffee was terrible and only instant in the room but several coffee shops right out the back door.
