Great place. Amazing host. Would recommend to everyone who wants to go to Palermo but be by the beac

Julio was absolutely amazing! He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need, no matter what time of the day. You even have a common living room and kitchen for everybody to use. The location was great, quiet but only a couple of minutes away from the beach. I would definitely go back there!

Overpriced and disappointing

We only spent one night of the original 2 nights booked, but the host seemed nice.

- The place is WAY overpriced. There is actually a 4-star hotel that is much better and cheaper! - After checking in, we discovered that the room has only one already used toilet paper roll, so we asked the host for more. He said, I'll bring you more tomorrow. This was at 17:30, it wasn't like it was late at night. - There was a camera in the apartment. The host never disclosed this in the booking, or in the intro he made for us during check in. It's an invasion of privacy and should be mentioned before I pay that much for a bed and breakfast. - The mattress is uncomfortable to say the least, I believe because it's quite old and overused. - The place was quite dusty on the first day. It was better on the second day though after I told the host I was already checking out a day earlier than planned. - the place is not as spacious as it seems in the pictures. - the word beachfront is misleading, it's very close to the beach but it's NOT beachfront.

Giulio was the most helpful host I have ever seen. From the first moment, he gave us a lecture about the surroundings, the beach, and Palermo. Thanks to him, we got to know Sicily like home. The accommodation was beautiful, harmonious, and clean, and from the roof of the building, you can see a wonderful view of the beach and the mountains. We fell in love with Sicily not only thanks to the great places and country but also thanks to Giulio. It's interesting how one person can change the entire atmosphere of your vacation and accommodation. He is willing to communicate with you non-stop, help you, even call you a taxi and give advice on what to do in individual cities and where to eat. Breakfast is also a highlight - fresh croissants filled with pistachio cream or Nutella, crispy baguettes from a local bakery, and cappuccino will start your day and reflect the hospitality and gastronomy of Italy. Thank you for everything, we recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the true experience of Sicily with a beautiful location and clean accommodation. Love it!

Kudos to Giulio, the perfect host with the perfect place

Giulio is the best host ever! He is very kind, very flexible, and also very helpful. He is available 0-24 to answer any question you have, and gives great recommendations about restaurants, sights to see, places to visit. He also helped us arrange transfer from the airport. Our vacation would not have been the same without him. The place itself is clean and comfortable, we really liked the rooftop terrace, it's the perfect place to watch the sunset. For breakfast you have sweet and salty options as well. The location is close to basically everything. The beach is a short walk away, and a grocery shop which has high-quality Italian products available too. The bus stop which takes you to Palermo is also just a few minutes away, next to a kiosk where the tickets can be bought. We felt very lucky we choose to stay here.

We loved our stay with Giulio at the b & b. Such a lovely and attentive host. Our room was very clean with a fantastic private balcony with mountain view. The B&B was within close walking distance of beach, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really delicious and we appreciated the fresh pastries and coffee each morning. The sun loungers on the roof were a lovely touch and nice to relax on peacefully too. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was very clean and in a good location near the water. The breakfast was also very nice, we got among other things a delicious coffee and brioche. The host was very helpful and friendly. He explained us the city very well. He was always available for us and helped us to plan our activities on the holidays. I can highly recommend the accommodation to fellow travels

Best facilities, best host, best service ever. I cannot recommend it enough! The very best!

Excellent placement, in short walking distance from both the beach and all of the best bars and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished and everything inside them (ac, bathroom sinks and showers, etc.) functions absolutely perfectly. They clean the rooms everyday and they smell great. The breakfast was the most delicious ever: the owner, Giulio, would bring us cornetti stuffed with various delicious jams and creams and would adapt the quantity according to our preferences. He would also make for us delicious coffee and cappuccino on demand during breakfast, and we could ask him to book us a spot in the best local restaurant anytime we wanted. He truly does care about the place and it shows, as it is absolutely perfect. Will surely return in the future!

the entry system to the property can be a bit tricky to use sometimes but the host is always free to help around. otherwise no down points

The host, Giulio, made our stay exceptionally good! When we arrived he talked us through Mondello and Palermo and was always at hand to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Giulio always went above and beyond - we can’t thank him enough.

Pleasant, friendly, clean, tidy, good location.

Everything was alright. Our host Giulio is a nice guy, quite helpful, kind, informative. Shuttle(taxi) from the airport to the accommodation and back as well was in advance organized. He makes you breakfast, coffee. He explains everything to you related to Mondello or Palermo. You will get from him any information you need in order to find the best places(restaurants, bars, hiking, beach, shops). He can organize you reservations, trips etc. He is simply the best host ever, we were quite satisfied and we had a pleasant time. I can just recommend him. In addition, I can recommend a restaurant called "Friggitoria Roxy", quite delicious meal, desserts, waiters are very kind, they understand english and german(which is quite rare there) as well. And the other one is the"Al Chiosco" a sicilian street food eating house, you can get there a food called rice ball(arancino in italien) and of course much more.

We loved the central location and the facilities:) Breakfast was excellent. Great value for money! And above all, Julio, the owner was amazing! Really good guy, he was kind and helped us with some great tips of where to visit, where to eat, etc.

Great stay!

It was a great stay in Mondello. Giulio's property is vey well located, the beaches and the main square is just two minutes walk. The rooms was very spacious, modern and nicely decorated. We felt very welcomed :) Giulio is a great host and gave us good tips for places around.

The pillow was uncomfortable, but it is rather a personal preference than anything else.

Crazy location and the best host you will get!

Wow where to start !!! First and foremost! Julio !!!!!! He is the most but most dedicated and amazing host we have had. Arranged us for transportation from the field, bounced us off the field we wanted to rent a car, pampered us in honor of the honeymoon. Gave the best recommendations there are on the Mondello and Palermo area! The apartment is located in the center of Mondello on the sea !!! A few steps from all the restaurants. It was just a pleasure! We will definitely be back! Amir and Mika

Perfect B&B / tasty breakfast

We stood for 7 nights in the apartment/B&B and have to mention that the service provided by the owner was the best service we ever whittnessed. This includes useful hints what to visit and what not, which restaurant to trust and private pickup recommendations. The room was cleaned every day and nicely furnished. This, in combination with the good location right in the center of mondello makes it worth staying there again.

Best stay I ever had!

Giulio is an amazing host that knows how to run a hotel and how to make his guests happy. He gave us recomendations for the best Restaurants, beaches, cities etc. He is one of the reasons why our stay was so amazing! Also the location was perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. You do not even need a car! He offered a wonderful breakfast - Croissants with delicious cream and usual breakfast with buns and Mortadella. This is a B&B for everyone - a couple, friends or solo travellers. I will definitely come back. Thanks so much Giulio!

Fabulous stay!

Guilio made us feel so very welcome, like we were guests in his own home. We were fed a delicious breakfast, - the freshest bread rolls, delicious croissants and he even cooked us eggs which we had with salami. Our bed was very comfortable, so we woke up rested and revived! Ready for a two minute walk to the glorious Mondello beach! A perfect holiday.
