Spacious and comfortable

We booked the stay for 4 people but three were only 2 bath towels and no sheets for the sofa in the living room

Location within easy walking distance of Bologna old city, good secure parking and absolutely necessary air- conditioning. Good kitchen appliances. Comfortable large apartment - bit basic with the furnishings.

Not great for the environment energy-wise due to poor window shading - incredibly hot in the apartment with the sun streaming through large windows. Curtains block the floor air conditioning units, which we had to use day and night. And provision of a stendibiancheria (clothes airer) instead of wasteful electric dryer would be sensible. Halogen lights = more unwanted heat, and kept flickering intermittently. 🥵

Terrace was a much appreciated feature

great location, spacious, very clean. easy to access. the host was absolutely amazing, very responsive. Instructions on the home accsess and parking were clear and easy to follow. We loved the coffee maker being available. Thank you!

Excellent central location close to all tourist attractions and travel hubs all within 10-15 minutes walk. As a family of five we felt very safe in secure in the area. Accommodation was excellent all facilities were exceptional..like home from home..lovely welcome package. Any queries were responded to immediately by the host. The host was extremely attentive nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to book again.

The only small thing was, we thought we had two bathrooms, that is with shower rooms, we had one bath/shower with toilet and one separate toilet only. Not a major issue but good to know for future bookings.

It didn’t have what is shown in the picture, No furniture or jaccussi in the terrace

It was only one night but we felt like home! So close to the center of Bologna en the view was amazing! We’ve booked last minute and the staff was so friendly! Thank you so much!

Staff & location

The AC cannot be individually adjusted. The sofa bed is u shaped due to wear and tear and very uncomfortable Windows are old and bent, and you can see through between the window frames and window.

The facility was good. it was just outside of the ztl of Bologna!

The condition of the doors. The was broke outlet. Few of the light bulbs were missing or not working

Appartment was of very high standard. Extremely comfortable with modern facilities. Large balcony with sofa outside Less than 5 min walk from station and 5 min walk to centre

In the middle of the fair zone and the city center. The house was full of light. Owner was beyond amazing..

The location is located in a group of blocks with an inner courtyard. We felt extremely protected. The location is 5 minutes from the train station and in another 10 minutes you are in the center. There are grocery stores a few minutes from the location.

I didn't have any information related to garbage disposal. We wanted to throw the trash, but we didn't know where. In the bathroom, a shelf would be welcome to put your toiletries and in the hall, a hanger would be good

Nothing major

We were a group of 8. We liked everything. The staff are very very very friendly and fasp responsive. The apartament was clean, very fast warming when switch on the heat. They helped us to deposit our backpacks at their office after we checked out until we went back to the airport. They are beautiful people with kind hearts. I recommend this 10/10 and if we come back to Bologna this place is a keeper! We reccomend you, the ones who are searching for an apartament to book them, they are a must!

Amazing apartments! Check In in a second and at any time, since the entrance is by code. Good safety and security of the building. View of the whole city. High floor, panoramic windows. Gorgeous balcony. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Warm, cozy. New fresh renovation. Everything is clean, everything is new. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much to the people who manage these apartments. Excellent organization.

The location was perfect for exploring the City Center without having to drive in. The staff was especially helpful and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

Brilliant location if you are using bologna as a base. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station where you can take day trips to Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice etc. The apartment is spacious, facilities are great, and staff are super helpful. We got a little lost trying to find it when we landed but Silvia jumped on the phone instantly to support. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are foot to bologna.

AC was a little loud but that is probably standard.
