Nicely renovated factory apartments in a great location.

Very nice apartment across two floors, very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for getting into the old town (10-15 minutes walk) and there was a shop nearby which was convenient.

A minor point is that some basic cooking ingredients like salt would’ve been useful.

Cosy, modern and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Great room with everything you need for a short stay in Ljubljana. It is in a good location with public transport right outside and the main train station about 20 mins walk away.

The bed was a bit hard and creaked every time we moved. The room was also very hot despite using air conditioning.

nicely equipped apartment within walking distance from the centre. Equipment corresponded to the description and everything was functional.

The nearest surrounding is not great - but neither is there any particular problem. Much worse are the walls, through which everything can be heard...

It didn't feel good value for money. There are some things that could easily be improved.

The room was spacious. There was free parking.

The toilet seat was loose. There were some stains on the bedding and towels. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was really hot and it was hard to sleep.

Clean, but noisy

Close to the center of Ljubljana.

Apartment was clean, but the problem was with an apartment upstairs. From 7.00 in the morning we heard noises and voices. We don"t know if there is some kind of an office, or an apartment, but we coudn't sleep after 7.00 for our entire stay.

Sicuramente non lo consiglio.

Idromassaggio che non andava con acqua subito fredda...una delusione totale e davvero sporco...con poca attrezzatura per lA cucina.

Comfortable, great location. Facilities need a little work

Location was great, bed was really comfortable, place was clean and felt modern. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans etc - even with a microwave and stove.

The stairs were difficult to navigate, especially in the night. There wasn’t any basic complimentary tea/coffee sachets etc. Parking was difficult - the easy-to-access available parking filled up quick. The walls were paper thin, to the point we could hear our neighbour humming next door.

Nagyon tetszik, legközelebb is szívesen választjuk szállásként, de a tisztaságon nem ártana javítani

Modern kialakítású, nagy méretű lakás, minden szükséges felszereltséggel. Kényelmes ágy, kanapé. Csendes helyen fekszik, még ha közel is van hozzá egy bár, nem volt zavaró számunkra a zaj. A központ könnyen megközelíthető, de éppen elég távol fekszik a város nyüzsgésétől. A szálláshoz ingyenes parkoló is tartozik.

A tisztasággal volt némi probléma (haj és morzsa a padlón, por, pókháló a gerendákon, rágó a lépcsőn). Egy lapát és egy seprű hiányzik a lakáshoz, amivel a napi takarítást el tudnánk végezni ott tartózkodásunk alatt is.

Einzigartig-cooles Angebot in einem gemischt genutzten Areal

Wohnen in einer Umgenutzten Fabrik (Nachhaltig, Einzigartig im Sinne von ReUse). Doppelstöckiges Zimmer und sehr geräumig. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - inkl. Waschmaschine. Nur ca. 10 Min. vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Tivoli-Park ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Wäre auch für längere Aufenthalte alleine oder ggf. zu Zweit geeignet. Es stehen zudem kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Die Location wirkt von aussen zum Teil ziemlich ungepflegt. Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht direkt davon betroffen ist, der Teppichboden im Gang war sehr schmuddelig und dreckig. Der Kühlschrank und auch die Tischoberflächen wurden nicht oder nicht gut gereinigt.

Soggiorno in un contesto di architettura industriale e di design.

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile dell'arredamento, moderno, pulito, funzionale e dall'impronta green. Materiali naturali e completo di tutto. Bello il contesto industriale di una ex fabbrica di tabacco, riconvertito in prospettiva green. Dista circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, è un percorso piacevole da fare, c'è poco traffico e lungo il percorso ci sono bar e locali carini. La vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia in camera è una chicca! Camere silenziose.

Per arrivare le istruzioni non erano chiarissime, alla sera la portineria principale dello stabile è poco illuminata e non abbiamo visto subito l'ingresso. Se si percorre a piedi la sera i vicoli attraverso gli stabili dell'area industriale sono poco illuminati se non proprio bui. Non hanno fornito acqua in camera e materasso e cuscino non erano proprio comodissimi. Avremmo preferito piumone matrimoniale anzichè due singoli essendo un letto matrimoniale. Il costo di pulizia di fine soggiorno dovrebbe essere già incluso nel costo totale in preventivo

Spannende Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Industriegebäude in guter zentraler Lage in Ljubljana

Spannende Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Industriegebäude in guter zentraler Lage in Ljubljana. Unser Appartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, das Bett bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Ljubljana. Achtung: Unser Appartment erstreckte sich über 2 Etagen (Gallerie), die Treppe ist als "Sambatreppe" ausgelegt und etwas anspruchsvoll.

Der junge Mann am Empfang wirkte etwas unmotiviert, war aber noch ok. Wir wurden ins Appartment geleitet und alles Wesentliche wurde uns erklärt. Die Ausschilderung innerhalb es Industrykomplexes könnte etwas deutlicher sein. Aber letztlich haben wir unser Ziel gut erreicht.

Great, authentic place at a reasonable price in the middle of the Slovenian capitol.

The apartment was nice and centrally located only ten minutes walk from the Ljubljana river. I wanted a less hotel, more authentic experience hence the reason for choosing to stay in this old tobacco factory. You will need to be a bit self-sufficient, so if you are looking for a full service hotel this would not be the place for you, but I fully enjoyed it.

It is not super easy to find upon arrival, so for the one less hardened, it might be easy to think you're not in the right place. However, following the instructions provided prior to arrival it's still pretty straight forward to locate the reception in the back courtyard. There's no catering included, but the staff is more than willing to provide pointers on good places to eat of which Ljubljana, in spite of its size, has plenty to offer.

Loft living in Ljubljana

Brand new split level flat with everything you need. Comfy beds, clean, quiet and trendy loft style apartment with a sauna! Perfect for our family of 4 for one night in Ljubljana, and walking distance to the city centre and Tivoli Gardens.

The stair lights to the mezzanine were on a PIR and kept going on and off through the night when any movement was detected (turning over in sofabed downstairs!), but the reception did say they would look into fixing this. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Nice room, good distance to City Center, but noisy terrace.

Appartement was very nice, good beeds, nice bathroom, Climate Control, and chaccuzi. Travelling to the City Center with e-scooter in about 5 mins.

Location ist not optimal. It is (as the Name says) an old factory building. That itself would bei okay. But there are Lots of companys (and a Strip-Clip, but that was no problem) around and the noise of the cooling Machines around is very anoying. You nearly cannot use the little terrace, because of the noise (room itself is quiet).

Overall, a great place to stay.

Good location outside the old town but walkable. Cute compact apartment. There was free parking.

The parking is a little tight. Our mattress was comfortable but tilted to the center. Needs to be replaced

Good location, parking.

Cleaning was not up to the standard - dishes in the kitchen were quite poorly washed and the bathroom could have definitely been cleaner.

Trendy, secure, and friendly stay in a great city

The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is well-decorated and comes with a sauna! The television has many English-speaking channels and access to YouTube. There was complimentary washing powder, loo roll, and salt. The apartment feels secure. It is 25-30 mins walk from the main bus and train stations.

My only negative comments are very minor! Overall, we felt it was exceptional and great value. We couldn't figure the AC out and were a little too hot at night (but we should have just asked - I'm sure our host would have gladly helped). Would have been an additional pro to have some more cooking supplies - namely cooking oil, pepper, and maybe some common spices (chilli, paprika, mixed herbs) - but as I say, that would've been an additional perk to an already great stay.
